Great cushion very happy
Had a bit of issue with delivery not arriving over Christmas but once I was able to get intouch with the company they were very professional and upset to hear my order hadn’t arrived and sent another one out straight away. It’s finally arrived now and I must say I am very happy with my purchase. It was a Christmas gift from my children to their grandparents and grandparents are over the moon with it so thank you.
Will order again just allow longer delivery time over busy periods like Christmas

I received my cushions in excellent…
I received my cushions in excellent time, but unfortunately 2 of them was not as expected, so got in touch with the company who was understanding and apologised for any inconvenience caused me, I have excepted a 50% refund plus 20% discount on my next order, which I'm happy to except.
I will receive my refund in a few days time, and appreciate their efforts to resolve my issue, they were very helpful and would recommend anyone wanting personalised cushions to not be put off ordering with cushion pop.
Sometimes things happen when personalised items are ordered.

Really impressed with the quality and speed of delivery.
Really impressed with the quality (I ordered 3 cushions with 8 photos on each) and the speed of delivery. My son was given a cushion as a present from friends and recommended Cushionpop and glad I followed his suggestion! I also asked for a heart to be added in the middle as I couldn't figure out how to do it and they sorted that for me too! Thank you!
