Such a scam company. They completely messed up the writing on my wristband and overall quality was abysmal. I emailed them to complain, at which point I was met with sarcasm that 'no need to go overboard for a £3 wristband, we'll send a replacement'. Three months later and I never received a replacement, emailed again and no answer. Such a disgrace.

Ordered a wristband to wear to remind me of my recently deceased mum in October. It didn’t arrive, chased it, was told it would be resent. Still didn’t arrive. Requested refund and was told I would get my money back. Chased twice and no response. My advice is don’t use this company, you’ll likely lose your money. Shocking way to run a business.

I was nervous to purchase some wrist bands from here due to the below reviews. However I placed my order before I read them. My experience has been very positive, communication was effective and built my confidence straight away as I needed my order by a specific date. The end product was also excellent and very happy with my order.

Created a trust pilot account just to write this! We ordered an item (payment was taken immediately) when we received no further communication from the company after a week, we informed them we wanted to cancel it. They totally ignored us and sent it another 10 days later anyway! Currently in the process of gaining my money back through an American Express dispute. Most poorly run company I’ve ever dealt with, they won’t be around long.

They got my order wrong, printing something I didn't ask for. They ignore customer emails. Don't waste your money.

I ordered wristbands from this company before I read their previous reviews and I became very concerned. They didn't have a lot of reviews however what was written about them wasn't good at all which was worrying. Nevertheless I had to give them the benefit of the doubt as my order was sent and paid for. I did receive a confirmation email the same day I placed the order stating that my order will be processed. After 5 days I decided to call them to check how my order was going but you cannot get through to anyone on the phone (as mentioned in a previous review). It goes straight to voicemail. I left a message. I then emailed them and waited. After 4 days I received a reply from Jill saying that my order will be shipped that week. That was a huge reassurance and I replied to thank her. However, nothing came that week and again my concerns were raised. I sent another email to Jill stating their 1st class post policy and requesting feedback on my order. I heard nothing. However, 5 days after receiving Jill's email, my goods arrived 1st class postage in an envelope. What a relief and delight. I am so pleased Customise Mine alleviated my fears and set out to do what they are advertising. The wristbands received are of good quality, they were also individually packaged which I didn't expect and I am pleased with the debossing I asked for. The only thing was that I should have ordered a large size. The medium size wristband is for a small female wrist or junior. Although their communication is lacking in professionalism and efficiency, I must admit they eventually delivered the goods asked for so for that I am pleased and grateful. I guess you just have to be patient with them but they could also provide the customer with a good level of assurance.

Avoid this company! They do not reply to emails or phone calls. Bought lanyards which arrived wrong, cannot get a hold of anyone to sort the problem. Money down the drain! Wristbands also ordered and they have not arrived 2 months later! Shocking!

Absolutely disgusted with this website order wrist band weeks ago and still haven't received this item, this item was in remembrance for my niece who passed away, the company was also aware of this due to the band saying "fly high". I have emailed this company twice asking about my item and they haven't even bothered to reply. So upset and disgusted, would advise not order anything for this website and company!!!!!

I ordered personalised wristbands from here and I received them in good time. Very good quality and such a great price!

Ordered a custom gin glass on December 8th. Still has not arrived January 4th. Emailed, no response, called no response. Shocking service. Can't even contact anyone to arrange a refund. Appalling!

I ordered a couple of personalised wristbands from this place and firstly must say the product is really nice and at a good price. However, the problems starting from the fact they got the colour of one of the wristbands wrong! I bought white with red text, but I received red with white text. Easy mistake to make I guess. I emailed customer service and didn't receive a reply, so I emailed again to which they responded saying they will send out the correct colours I ordered. It's been nearly a month now and no sign of this wristband. Although it is only the colour, it's not what I ordered and the experience after has left a lot to be desired.

I bought a wine glass for my wife and asked for lines on the glass to be scribed as 'small glass' 'large glass' and 'wife's name glass'. This is something that they advertise that they do. When I gave it to my wife as a present we were very disappointed to see that they had written the lines very close to each other so that there was hardly any difference between 'small glass' and 'wife's name glass'. Not what was intended at all.
I emailed them to ask them if they had made a mistake and they very arrogantly told me that it was my mistake.
They are a very rude Company, incapable of admitting their mistakes and I would certainly not buy from them again and would recommend that other prospective clients take heed.
