Absolutely ZERO communication
I ordered a shirt on November 28th. The money was taken from my account and I got an email confirming. I have still not received my shirt…and I emailed the company 3 times and have gotten no response - even though they claim to answer all
correspondence working 24 to 48 hours. I am so disappointed. This was meant to be a Christmas gift…now I am out $45.00 and a gift. Merry terrible Christmas.

Stay away from this company ordered a Christmas gift T-shirt. It came misprinted their mistake. Missing some letters contacted them through email four times the only way you can contact them no response. The shirt is trashed and I paid for a premium shirt. Absolutely no customer service.

Ordered expensive hoodie with dogs on it and it says “This Witch Loves her Cats”. Have tried contacting their customer service several times with no response. My order was WRONG. This “company” shows no accountability whatsoever. Stay far away from them.

These guys are crooks.
I ordered $1360 worth of apparel in March 23.
It's now November 23 and Nothing has been sent to me. I have enquired over 30 times. They keep saying they will get back to me and don't. They haven't even sent a tracking number, so clearly they haven't even sent it. Ive asked for my money back and no one responds.
Now they have just stopped replying. There is no number to verbally talk to someone either.
DO NOT SHOP THROUGH THESE CROOKS!

Didn't even come close to getting it right
I didn't receive anything close to what I ordered. I ordered a custom white sleep shirt for my daughter to be shipped priority and over a week later I received a XL light blue shirt that is not the same in anyway. Not the quote on the shirt, not the print, not the color, size. Nothing. This is a scam.

Tracking number shows usps shipping facility “waiting for item” as of June 10th

Too late for Father’s Day now. I would not have ordered this for a gift if I would have known it would not arrive on time or at all. The shipping date on wen page indicated it would arrive in plenty of time.
