We enjoyed our 11 day trip to Vietnam. Thank you to Custom Asia team especially Minh who organised a well planned itinerary for our holiday. From tour guide, hotel, transportation. & food were top notch. Custom Asia you are the best & very recommended.

We just finished a 5 week Southeast Asia tour. Rosie created an amazing itinerary and stayed in constant contact with us. Tours and guides she selected were wonderful.

My husband and I spend 3 weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam with the excellent help from Molly at Custom Asia Travel. I want to take the time to tell you
how much we loved the tour customized for us. From the planning stages you were flexible, organized, great communication, punctual and gave great hotel options and tour activities. This made for a fantastic 3 weeks and we felt very safe, secure and enjoyed all the drivers and guides. They enriched our adventures with knowledge, humor, and attention to details. Plus we didn’t have to worry about parking, where to eat for lunch, or navigation.
Our favorites:
Hotels: Borei Angkor Hotel, Siem Reap, La Siesta Resort and Spa Hot An, and the Apricot Hotel Hanoi.
But honestly they were all great. The Sky bar in Anik Palace, the atmosphere and food in Maisons Wat Kor

Peoney Cruise Halong Bay a real gem and highlight. We loved everything about it.

We loved interacting with the people, their culture, the food, the history and being there for the Lunar
New Year preparations. Besides the Peoney cruise, we loved Siem Reap temples and buildings,
the city of Hoi An, its night life and Memory show, , bicycling back roads, the funny train at sunset in Battanbang, the artisan workshops & silk farm, the Marvelous Chaos of Hanoi.

The weather was practically perfect the entire time we were there!

My partner and I contacted Custom Asia Travel to organise a 37 day trip of Vietnam Cambodia Laos and ending with a 5 day beach break in Krabi Thailand. The itinerary they devised literally sounded too good to be true!! It included arrival Hanoi , then the Chau valley , trekking and cycling in Pu Luong then canoeing in Ninh Binh all before boarding a 2 day cruise ship around Ha long Bay. This was followed by the first of 9 internal flights to Hue with the amazing Citidal, then the wonderful town of Hoian. Here we had cooking classes then on to a 5 star hotel in Danang and a beach break. Next to Ho Chi Minh, cu chi tunnels, Mekong Delta and then fly to the island Phu Quoc for another beach break. Next Fly to Phnom Penh, killing fields, king’s palace then drive to Siem Reap party town for the Angkor complex. Back in the air to Laos and Luang Prabang to walk the early morning streets with the monks, then into the mountains to experience how difficult rural life really is including the local witch doctor. Next to the capitol Vientiane by super fast train and then another 2 flights to our final destination Krabi, Thailand.
From the moment we arrived anywhere we had a fabulous knowledgeable tour guide and driver waiting just for the 2 of us. They were never late in picking us up. All our hotels were excellent and always right in the centre of the action. CAT booked us in for all our internal flights and sent us the details, there support was truly amazing!
Our trip was completely breathtaking and we can only recommend that everyone should give this company a chance to organise their dream trip of Asia.
Another tremendous plus of our holiday was the overall price of all these activities, flights, hotels, guides, drivers, food that was included, boat and train trips. Not sure you’re allowed to put costs on reviews but please get a price and I can assure that you’ll be amazed and booking your holiday with Customer Asia Travels. If it’s excepted I’m very happy to chat to anyone 👍

I contacted them at a very busy time over the Lunar new year. They advised that what we wanted to do was going to be very busy and we’re really helpful in coming up with a new plan, both suggesting but also letting me lead on some of the important parts we wanted to do. Found a guide quickly- Drake was great!
Throughout the whole experience Rosie (correspondent) was really informative, friendly and it was easily done through WhatsApp in a professional manner. Would definitely come back to them in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

Vietnam completely stole my heart.

It all began with a wild and wonderful cyclo ride through the bustling streets of Hanoi. Whizzing through the city center, surrounded by motorbikes, laughter, and nonstop energy, I knew right then this trip was going to be something special.

From there, we journeyed to the serene, emerald waters of Halong Bay. The limestone islands rising dramatically from the calm sea were absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed a magical two-night boat cruise, which gave us plenty of time to explore the caves tucked inside the many islands. Waking up to the stillness of the bay each morning felt like stepping into a dream.

There was something about Da Nang that I truly loved. I can’t quite put my finger on it—but it’s a vibrant, thriving city that feels like it’s on the cusp of greatness. It has an energy that’s modern yet relaxed, and I found it completely captivating.

Learning about the kings and emperors of Vietnam was incredible. The history, the political intrigue—it all came to life as we explored the immense and magnificent Imperial City of Huế. Walking through the grand citadel walls, you could almost feel the weight of centuries past.

We visited so many stunning pagodas and religious sites across the country that I honestly lost track—but each one was more beautiful and peaceful than the last. And the weather? Absolutely perfect. Mid-February is truly the best time to visit Vietnam.

Then there was Ho Chi Minh City—also known as Saigon—with its frenetic, contagious energy. The nightlife is unbeatable. We experienced the “ride of our lives” on a Vespa tour through the city at night, which was hands down the best way to see the city and soak in its incredible atmosphere.

Our tour guides were exceptionally knowledgeable about the history, culture, and people of Vietnam, which made every stop even more meaningful. The hotels we stayed in were truly five-star-plus—absolutely amazing in every way. The breakfast buffets alone were worth raving about: anything and everything you could possibly want, and then some!

Most priceless of all was learning about the culture and connecting with the people of Vietnam. The kindness, warmth, and friendliness we experienced everywhere we went made the trip unforgettable. And the food—simply outstanding.

Vietnam was never even on my bucket list. But thanks to the wonderful group Minh and her travel agency put together, along with Nicole, I thought, “Why not?” I knew I’d enjoy everyone’s company no matter where we were headed. What I didn’t expect was that the backdrop of Vietnam would elevate the trip into something truly stellar.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Vietnam to anyone. It is a beautiful country filled with incredible history, vibrant cities, peaceful landscapes, delicious food, and some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. This was more than a vacation—it was an unforgettable experience.

2026 Feb We had 14 friends in our tour group which was the perfect size for our 2 week trip to Vietnam visiting Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Bana Hills, Da Nang Beach, Hue, and Ho Chi Minh (Saigon.) We can’t say enough about how great this trip was put together and amazed on everything that we all managed to see thanks to Nicole and our travel specialist and sales manager Minh Ninh with Custom Asia Travel. Don and I have traveled a lot and I have to say that this trip is one of our favorites in many ways. We loved our itinerary, the hotels, the many prearranged tours, our guides in each region, our bus drivers, and even all of the extra special touches that were added on top of everything else. I loved how our private tour bus was always waiting for us when we needed it and the tour guides that were always there to help even handling all the little things that made the trip so easy for us. There was always water on the buses. We did so many cool things which also included a back street jeep tour, a cyclo ride, a couple of shows, a lucky flower lantern release, sampan boat rides, kayaking, a couple of scenic boat rides, a 2 night cruise on Ha Long Bay, visits to a couple of caves, a pearl factory, and a conical hat and incense village, hikes to vista points, Bana Hills with free time to explore on our own, cooking classes, historical and city highlight tours, time for shopping, a full leisure beach day, a full court royal dinner dressed in the royal attire, two flights during the tour, scenic drives, a Vespa foodie tour and more. Many wonderful meals were included with buffet breakfasts at the hotels and many of the excursions, tours, and the cruise itself included meals. Thanks to Minh Ninh at Custom Asia Travels in Hanoi, I couldn’t have even hoped for anything more. Everything was perfect. You definitely won’t be disappointed booking a custom tour with Minh Ninh.

Tracy was amazing,she got worried as I didn’t respond to her message.as I had no email and my flight was delayed she rang my hotel to make sure I was ok.
My 2 days were Ha long bay and Nin Binh
Both days included lunch hotel pick up and drop off. The team on the boat were very friendly. I was very lucky to have jade as my guide for Nin Binh.
Ha long bay was not a private tour and didn’t get your own driver to the pier.
But Nin Binh I had my own driver and tour guide.Every thing on both days were incredible thank you Tracy and team for making it drama free

The sites we visited and the hotels selected were all first-rate. The activities Minh planned exceeded our expectations again and again, city after city. Everything was seamless, meaningful, and beautifully organized. We are all so grateful for the care and professionalism that made this journey so special.

My family and I cruised through Southeast Asia, and Tracy from Custom Asia organized wonderful customized tours in Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, and Koh Samui. The planning, restaurant choices, and attractions were excellent, and each tour gave us a real feel for the local culture. Thank you, Tracy, for these special and truly memorable experiences.

We had a great vacation in Thailand, organized with Custom Asia Travel. Everything worked as advertised and we felt amazing. We were 2 couples and enjoyed the travel care free. We toured the country and the agency booked the pick-up / transfer and guides for us, for visiting all the temples and sites. Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Koh Samui, Bangkok.

Susan and her team gave us an experience we will never forget, personalised tours, drivers and guides went above and beyond. Nothing was too much. Communication throughout our holiday to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. We will definitely be using Custom Asia Travel again.
