Great service and quality product
Unbelievable how close and personal these are I ordered 2 first to make sure how good they were and because it was an amazing match I ordered 3 more. Im giving them for Christmas and they have everything so this is unique and will be a lot of fun to watch them as they open these on Christmas Eve! Service was outstanding and it took a few emails to get the hair match and we did. Yes as you can tell I recommend this company if you are getting someone a bobblehead!

Worth it!
I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the bobbleheads I ordered. The morning after placing my order, I received an email with product proofs—talk about fast! Their communication was prompt and professional, and shipping arrived exactly as promised. The bobbleheads looked fantastic and matched the proofs perfectly. I purchased them as a gift, and the recipient absolutely loved them. If you’re considering a custom bobblehead, this is the place to go!

Hi!
I’ve reviewed the records, and before shipment, we sent all the proofs, including designs for the head, hair, and other details. You approved everything and expressed complete satisfaction. It’s unfortunate that you’re now dissatisfied after receiving the item. We have provided a solution via email, but it seems we haven’t received a response from you yet. Could you please check and let us know your thoughts?
These are so amazingly good
These are so amazingly good! Best gift ever. They send proofs back and forth and work quick. Great communication. I wish I could post pictures here.
Drawback was delay in coming through LA customs thanks to the Cheeto in charge here in US. Still got within 2 weeks.

Excellent communication; total satisfaction
Excellent communication. I was pretty picky and they made numerous changes to the designs until I was 100% satisfied. Chris went way over and above to make sure I was thoroughly happy. Bobbleheads arrived quickly and in perfect condition. And wow. I don't know how they do that, but it is amazing. Dead ringers for my adult Dodger fan kiddos. Can't wait for Christmas morning!

I ordered an item as a gift for… a physician
I ordered an item as a gift for someone. I provided a photograph and filled out the required information. This company and the artist. Constantly each step of the design way to ask me if it was acceptable, and if there were any changes, I wanted to make. It was very professional, and I fully intend to use them again. For the value I receive for the price I paid on the personal attention, I can’t imagine another company being better than this one. Outstanding product but more importantly, outstanding customer service and very professional I or anyone who wants a unique gift to try them.
