Customer service is online only and no accommodation for late arrivals

Customer service is online only and they do not accommodate for late arrivals. 5 to 8 business days is stated when processing the order but in the email they replied it is 3 days processing and 7 days in production. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 weeks after placing your order. I did not have the order in time for a gift. I ordered 4/27/26. It's is 5/11. More of an international shipping and not US local.

Great Memento

The reaction from my wife when I took the sculpture from it's lovely presentation box said it all. She thought it looked amazing! I knew it was going to be a caricature of the photo and it delivered on all fronts, right down to the design on the front of the baseball cap I was wearing. Thanks for the great job, the communication through the process was clear and concise. It was great I got to confirm the finish before the dispatch and the product arrived in a timely manner in a safe and complete state. Great job, Thank You.
