Atrocious workmanship
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. CustomCleats.com completely dropped the ball. Their posted timeframe was a joke, they delivered weeks late, causing us to miss our first game. When the cleats finally showed up, the quality was beyond terrible. Glue was smeared everywhere, the shoes (which I shipped directly from StockX) were ruined, and they even mismatched cleat bottoms, one way too small, the other oversized. To make matters worse, they hacked chunks out of the sole just to try and make it fit.
The workmanship was atrocious, sloppy, and totally unprofessional. Not only did they destroy a pair of expensive shoes, but the end product was completely unusable. If you value your money, your time, and your gear, avoid this company at all costs.
