Most special piece of jewellery
I ordered an engraved bracelet for myself after my uncle died suddenly. I took something he wrote from a birthday card he sent me. I was so excited for it to arrive and it did not disappoint when it did. It is the most meaningful piece of jewellery I own, and I will treasure it forever. The portuguese delivery company was unable to deliver my necklace in Germany, though the adress is 100% correct.
CustomCuff did not respond to my inquiry via Mail at all.
So far I can just tell everyone not to order there! Very unsatisfied.

Customcuff made a mistake on my engraving of a pendant I ordered from them. I emailed them twice about having them send me a replacement pendant with the correct engraving and they have never responded. I will not be recommending them.

apple-pay system is not integrated correctly replaced the correct shipping address with the one in apple pay.
