they were not clear about the charges also they lied about road tax. they played with words carefully and changed their words when I asked them they said "oh no we would never say that and we always treat our customers the right way you might have misheard us" while sitting on the table with the sales rep. also the car I bought had slight steering adjustment issue which I didnt notice while having a test drive as i was driving on local roads and also following directions from the sales rep guy so i didnt notice the steering wheel was not aligned to the centre and needed wheel alignment which i noticed while driving the car back on motorway. i called the next day and asked them as I am from london and its not feasible to come all the way to mansfeild so would you guys be able to book me with any garage that you know of and rectify this problem for me to which they replied everything was okay with the car yesterday and my manager said we can not help you in this. i wasnt given a charging cable for publicly charging my car nor was the documentation handed over to me. absolutely horrendous customer service and all they were interested in was getting the money from the finance and no aftercare was available. i would never ever suggest them to anyone.

My experience was good because, having agreed the financials, setting it up made minimal impact on me mainly because the paperwork was done by the Audi dealer.

The online signature didn’t work for me. I had to try it numerous times eventually being able to go into the showroom to sign the old fashioned way. No problem in doing that. Otherwise everything was excellent and straightforward. Peter in Phillips VW was excellent and very efficient and professional customer service

I am under the impression that my finance was only approved because my sales assistant increased the deposit I was to put in and failed to notify me. He failed to give me any order paperwork when I put the first deposit down and tried to gaslight me when it came to picking up my car. My car was valeted but left under a tree so I left with a dirty car. Kayleigh in services was amazing when it came to booking my car back in to change a couple of items I noticed however when it came to the service date, they failed to mention that one of the services I came in for the part hadn’t arrive so I now have to come in again. The other sales staff that I interacted with were very kind and friendly but unfortunately my sales assistant has put me off.

Everything has always been handled smoothly and professionally, with good communication and no major issues. The only thing I think could be improved is the interest rates for loyal returning customers, as it would be nice to see better offers for long term clients. As soon as I walked into the depot everyone was welcoming and helpful.
Atmosphere was great.
Met Callum and he was very helpful and talked me through everything.
Went on a test drive in the car I was interested in and he went through the techi bits of the car which was helpful for me now.
Callum kept me up to date with the car in preparing it for me to collect, and thankfully he dropped a car to me for a few days due to delays with getting the car perfect for me. I didn’t mind waiting as would prefer Audi to cover every thing before handover.

my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your dealership during and after the purchase of my vehicle, part-exchanged through Audi Tamworth.
While I am satisfied with the car itself, the level of service I received has been completely unacceptable and far below the standards I would expect from Audi.
Key issues I experienced include:
Rushed Sale and Lack of Test Drive – I felt pressured to purchase the vehicle, being told that discounts were only available on this particular car and that it was my “final chance.” I did not have the opportunity to test drive the vehicle beforehand, which made me uncomfortable with the rushed decision-making process.
Incorrect Number Plate and Paperwork – I was advised I would receive a specific number plate, but the dealership issued the wrong one. I flagged this immediately with my insurance company, yet I still received incorrect paperwork. I expect reconfirmation of the correct paperwork and a paper copy for my records. It is unacceptable that I should have to chase this up myself.
Lost Key and Delivery Issues – My vehicle key was misplaced by the dealership, and I had to collect it from the branch. While the delivery driver was not at fault, the lack of clear communication or guidance on resolving the issue was highly unprofessional.
Audi App Activation Issues – I received no instructions or code to connect my vehicle to the Audi app. I had to call the dealership multiple times, and only after speaking with a manager was I able to resolve the issue. This is basic support that should have been provided automatically.
Poor Communication and Follow-Up – The dealership failed to provide any proactive communication or follow-up as promised. I was told by a manager not to provide feedback until I had driven the car, yet no phone call or guidance was offered regarding vehicle setup. At multiple points, I felt the staff were trying to “get rid of me” rather than assist me.
After-Sales Negligence – Despite raising multiple issues, the dealership has made no proactive efforts to correct mistakes, provide guidance, or ensure a smooth post-sale experience. I should not have to repeatedly chase the dealership to resolve errors or get support.
Overall, while the car itself meets my expectations, the dealership’s service has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and disappointment. I have never experienced such poor service from Audi, and this has made me seriously reconsider my future loyalty to the brand.
