I ordered these Xmas trees on Nov 19 2023. You state they were shipped weeks ago have not received any unable to track. After reading these reviews I probably have been scammed too! You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I believe in Karma, so get ready!!!

It's all a scam. They make it look like you're going through a company like Amazon Walmart or temu. They give ask kind of excuses to the last telling you to contact logistics who also has no phone number and no one answers. Consumercare-vip. Now they're trying to say my neighbors must have taken it out the pay office is holding it. My package consist of 87 not so small items

I saw a Facebook advertisement very late on Saturday, 11/25, for supposed Sol de Janeiro products priced too good to be true, but I assumed that Facebook vets its advertising. Only after the email confirmation was received did I learn that it’s really from a company called Customercare-vip, which has a reputation for running scams. The charge is supposed to come from “yhaqder,” which is sketchy in and of itself. Very early the next day, I contacted Customercare-vip to cancel the order, which had not been shipped yet. It’s given me nothing but stall tactics, first asking why, then giving excuses as to how popular their products are, then to only giving me 10% back. I am calling my credit card company to reverse the charge, since this scam company won’t cancel as I have asked. It is not ethical to utilize a front company where the real company name is obfuscated, or to refuse to cancel an order.

This company is a scam. Ordered from.them then seen all these reviews tried to cancel order and no one is getting back to me. I've contacted my bank about this also. Do not use!

If I could give them 0 I would. I bought a jacket from them. It was on sale. It was in transit for a long time, then suddenly delivered but not to me! I told them! They said they apparently sent me the wrong item! And asked me to find and return it cuz they’re losing money like it’s my fault! Now refusing to either send me the item or refund me! They want to refund me 10%! And I’m sure by now they’re scam! I’m gonna report them to the authorities too! I keep telling them nicely that they’re at fault! But they acted like I’m a thief!! I’m even sure by now they delivered nothing! Since they refuse to say which courier brought the package and I was home that whole week! They refuse to say which courier handles EMS china in my country! I have already alerted Instagram and Facebook since their adds was there! Hope the other do it too!

Company is a total scam!! Everyday for 2 weeks said my order was in transit. Then they said customs kept my order. I reported them to the Attorney General office. Was advised they are a big scam!

Never received product. They keep telling me they will refund me but haven't done it after 2 requests. Do not order anything from them.

This website is a scam they took my money and said that my package was delivered when it was never even sent it also used the nfl shop official website to appear legit

SCAM. Took 43.99 payment and sent an order confirmation number, can’t even contact the Company. Just thieves scamming on false orders.

This company is a total scam. Same thing happened to me as in the other reviews. They said package was delivered by USPS, and it wasn't. Post Office says the tracking number I gave them doesn't exist in their system. I'm going to report them to the FTC.

Never received goods was given the site details by a friend who actually received their goods. Have reported to FTC as have had no response from them regarding my order.

UPDATE I emailed them about getting a refund and they responded to the positive. Will see if they are true to their word within the next few days but it could also be because of reporting them to FTC

My bank refunded me in the end and the company reported. Hopefully others have a better experience of knowing who to shop with

IT IS A SCAM!!! Do not order from this website!! They made it seem like they had a limited time offer that was about to expire within minutes so I felt pressured to get the additional money off! The website looked legit and the ordering process seemed real. Once I ordered and received the “order confirmation” email and saw it was from a different company then the site I was just on, I immediately called the bank to report fraud! Please do your research if prices on the web are too good to be true! Just order from a reputable company.

Pero no existe tan no. de orden y no hay manera de que te pongas en contacto con ellos mas que un correo de servicio al cliente falso que te proporcionan. Este es el correo que te mandan:

BAD COMPANY NOT TO TRUST. They have give me this answer when my order not arrived. Recently ordered from a Facebook page......confirmation of payment from customercare-vip. SCAM

I received an email to say it had been delivered....well no it hadn't.

I was advised to go to all sorting offices and visit local neighbours.

Only now after thinking this is totally wrong have I seen this review.

Stay well away from Facebook pages and anything to do with customercare-vip email.

I am in touch with my banks fraud department and the police.

Use PayPal. Do not agree to anything else.

The tracking said my package was delivered but it wasn't so I contacted usps and they said that they didn't have that tracking number on file.. I tried contacting the perhapsyoucc.com but they haven't resolved anything so I guess I'm beat out of my money

ordered a automatic cat litter box and nothing ever arrived but they took the money, no product arrived

This company took £4+ more money than I authorised when payment went through. Wasn't aware I was purchasing from customercare-vip until the transaction was complete and I received a confirmation email. It remains to be seen whether the goods will arrive...
