The entry mats are beautiful! High quality!! Very pleased!!

I ordered “girls trip” t-shirts for my two friends and I to wear on our annual girls’ trip. The picture on the shirt had three ladies across, each with their name under a suitcase that they were pushing. Although the shirts were cute, the picture on the t-shirt was slightly misaligned where one lady’s leg was bumping into the suitcase of the lady next to her (lady on the left of the picture). As the flaw was slight, my friends and I decided to keep the shirts which we wore during our trip and received numerous compliments.

The service was swift, and the shirts were received in the promised timeframe.

Absolutely love the message on this t-shirt; however, fabric is no that soft. Still worth the message to proudly display the names of our grand babies.

My name is Angela Anderson I had ordered two shirts for my sister Annette King and sent them to Cleveland Ohio I had previous order shirts from you guys and you guys did such a great job so I spoke so highly of you all but sad to say the two shirts that I ordered for my sister Annette we're not done right on both shirts the names were in the wrong order also on one of the shirts should have had Annette on the endt right after Angela the other shirt should have had Rosalee on the end right after Angela so both shirts and Rosalie on the end and one shirt with for my sister and neck and one shirt with for my sister Rosalie for her birthday so I was very disappointed that the shirts got messed up so now my sisters had to wear her shirt messed up for her birthday I had made several attempts by email to resolve this issue before her birthday but had no response back

Product was garbage. Customer Service worse. Acknowledged they didn't send me what I ordered so they offered to refund half. What? No, I wanted to return it. They stopped responding. Item was expensive and I'm out half the cost and never got what was described/pictured.

I was very disappointed in the cups and did not come completely as expected. Will not use thiss company in future

I have just read the review from Janice Tinsley James, and I am have the exact same experience as she is. I am so disappointed, my order was also a Christmas Gift, ordered in plenty of time. I had notification it was sent to shipping partner within 5 days of order, but nothing since. I have sent several emails to customer service enquiring where my order is, I keep getting the same reply, it is with the shipping company we will track it down...Then nothing I have to contact them again. I even asked if the order is lost? Nothing!!!!! I am about to request a full refund. Hope paypal can help with this!!!!!! My advice is to stay away from this company!!!!

Horrible Experience
This is my first time writing a review of complaint, but I’m am so dissatisfied and frustrated that I feel compelled to do so at this time. Twenty days ago I received an email stating “our delivery partner has you order.” I was very excited because this was within 5 days of me placing the order. At the same time, I a USPS tracking number. When I attempted to track the package, it said shipping “label created on 11/28, USPS awaiting item.” Unfortunately, it still says this today, 12/16! Clearly the package is lost! However,, when I reached out to customer service via email (because they have no telephone number listed), I was told to wait, it’s with our shipping partner. When I pointed out the length of time that has transpired, they told me I should have it by Christmas (at that time another 20 days away)! I need it for this weekend, 12/18. They have refused to research the whereabouts, stating only what is shown in the computer. They did say they sent a message to the shipper to expedite… BUT, the shipper has no record of receiving it! Customer Service extremely unhelpful… Its not service!!!

To date, 12/31/21, I still have not received this product. When I requested a full refund on 12/27, they asked me to wait while they checked further. Crickets… I haven’t heard (or received) anything from them. Again today, I have requested a full refund.

Exactly what we were looking for, great colour and design.

Item was ordered and shipped. Have watched it travel all around the world and the return to company. The response I get from them is “ Please wait for us to check it back with the delivery.” No idea what that means, obviously some people won’t be getting presents this year.

Got my package but I wasn't expecting black to print out as blue. But other than the colour difference the wine cups came out ok.

I ordered a "sister t-shirt" for her bday. It was a bigger than expected but its ok. The picture on the shirt was exactly like the pic on the website.

I received the t-shirt but was unhappy with the end result. The names on the shirt we’re not separated and ran together. That is not the way it looked in the original order.

I did contact customer service by their email, but they were not helpful at all. They did not offer to replace it and that is what I asked for.

I wish I could upload a picture so I could show it.

I will not order from this company again!

10/17 - UPDATE.
So I figured I would post a follow up to my original post from a couple of weeks ago.
I emailed the company, like they asked me to in their response to my negative comment. They have not responded, or followed up to my email or replaced my t-shirt.

10/18 - UPDATE.
EMAILED support at the email they provided below on 10/10 and I have not received reply email. Check your email box & spam. But I am not surprised. You can also locate my account and contact me from my order number #CTT211676.

10/27 - UPDATE Refund will be given soon. They have replied to my emails.
