I just want an update on my order. My order number is order #20007. I have received several emails from this company clarifying my purchase was being prepared so I know it's the correct website. Is there a way to get an update or tracking number from the company? I also have screenshots of my order.

There is a company called customized jewels so the name is similar but the spelling is different. That's where the confusion comes from. But thank you for your patience and understanding.

They sent the flowers in a bag with everything for you to do they don't come like the picture poor quality worst company don't buy anything from them you will be disappointed and if you request a refund you've to pay to send the flowers back in the garbage they went money wasted

I ordered my mother a bracelet fpr mothers day with my sister's name and mine-that was correct. Our birthstones are not correct. June & July. The bracelet has April and October birthstones. Will not be buying from here again.

I'd leave a 0 star but it won't let me, they sold me a fake sterling silver ring, my daughter's finger turned green, went back and forth with them 4 a refund, they dragged it out for months, now saying it's outside the window of refund or anything else. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, ULL B SRY

didn’t receive a email or a tracking number my order number was 18066 and i even have a confirmation email and a charge

Horrible don’t order my package says it’s ready for transit but hasn’t moved in a month and I can’t get updates been emailing them and they can’t seem to find it either. I put my order in may and on June 5th was the last update on it being in transit

ordered and forgot to change a detail. Sent a message to change/order and it took days to reply to my email and when they finally did, they said it was too late. DO NOT ORDER!! Basically burglars.

Abhay responded quickly to all my questions and the ring arrived in a great presentation box. It is beautiful and exactly as requested. My wife is thrilled with it! I would not hesitate to order jewelry through this company.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. It took a month to get my order, & I had to send many messages to see what was going on. I did hear back. Once I received my order, it was not as advertised. It was supposed to have two names on it, & a nice clap. That's not what I received. Now I'm not getting any replies.

I send an email and a copy of my receipt It’s been over a month since I’ve placed an order and still no communication on where the product is. I would love to receive my product instead of a refund but there’s apparently no product .

I needed a ring within a very short time frame & not only was it ready & shipped to my home but Abhay kept in touch with me during the process of making of the ring & during delivery to make sure I got it on time & was pleased with the product.
