Serendipity
Used a Groupon voucher and was fairly easy to order. Although I asked for the picture to be landscape, it arrived portrait. But this has turned out to be a happy accident, as picture looks great. Excellent quality with bright true colours. Canvas feels very durable. Arrived extremely quickly. Would recommend.

Their ‘no response’ to three emails…
Their ‘no response’ to three emails over 5 weeks and and counting….. leads me to give them this one star.
Causing me timing problems with Groupon, that lost me a rightful refund.

Non existent customer service!!!!! …
I have been trying to contact customer service for the past few weeks and not had one response. The one canvas I received was lovely, however I was hoping to get the other 3, I’ve received no responses through email or through their website form!

I’d like to start by sincerely apologising for our lack of communication. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with our email system and were unaware of the problem until we saw your review after returning from the New Year break. I am truly sorry that this caused a delay in us responding to you and addressing your concerns in a timely manner.
After investigating your order, I have responded via email, but I’d also like to clarify here. You should have received individual discount codes from Groupon for each canvas you purchased. These codes can be viewed through your Groupon account or you can contact Groupon directly. Please note that each code can only be used for a single order and cannot be combined, which is why you weren’t able to use the same code to purchase all four canvases.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process the additional three orders on your behalf, as this is not a service we’re able to offer. However, you should be able to place the remaining three orders once you retrieve your remaining discount codes from Groupon.
At Custom Koala, we always strive to deliver the best products and services for our customers, and I deeply regret that we fell short of this standard in your case. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

Glass worktop saver personalised
