I couldn't even get past the ordering…
I couldn't even get past the ordering step with this company. The chat guy "Jerick" was very helpful until I started asking specific (and realllly basic) questions, such as "where is the 'add to cart' button because I'm not seeing one" (only an "order now" button, which he could not explain) then quickly shifted to delayed responses, then directed me to call or email customer service. So I called. The number had no identifying message such as "Thank you for calling Custom Lanyards" - so needless to say, I didn't leave a message. When I hopped back on our chat, "Jerick" suggested I begin my order again if I was still having problems.
In the grand scheme, I'm glad I didn't get any further because after reading these comments, I have zero confidence I would have received my order if it ever was placed.
There are plenty of other options for promotional items like this - I'll pay a little extra for the peace of mind.
