I found them through an IG ad & took a chance. The process was very direct and concise. I sent a picture and they sent me back a rendering for the patch. After making an adjustment, they went to work and delivered me a beautiful patch. I felt the size was slightly smaller than advertised but not by much. I would buy from them again. And will.
