Had an issue last year (2023) when they didn't post the powakaddy spares I ordered for my trolley to New Zealand in time. I cancelled the order and got a quick refund. Have subsequently repurchased the parts while in UK and they arrived quickly and were perfect. Apart from the initial delay in posting to NZ, I've had great service from this company

Appears to be a scam to hold on to your money and make interest on it with no intention of ever delivering a product. STAY AWAY and keep you money. My wife ordered me a golf bag in November, now mid-April and they are not sure when they will have it to ship. Canceled the order...will be interesting to see how long it takes to get money back.

Ordered a new wheel,axle and bits for my motocaddy s3digital.no problems whatsoever with ed and the company. Stuff arrived just over a week later. Everything as promised. Would recommend. Colin H

Ordered a head cover over a month ago, the product has not arrived yet. So I have requested a refund via email and have yet to receive a response, I've emailed again today explaining the above in the hope I receive some form of communication from this company. I’ve read the reviews and now this appears to be a scam. PLEASE AVOID.

My order just never came and I am convinced that Ed is nothing more than a drop shipper. I would honestly recommend that you stay away

Ordered a head cover over 2 month ago,said out of stock for 4 weeks,.I’ve read the reviews now seems ed is someone who lies to everyone obviously a scam coz it’s happened to everyone..that ed talks out of his bum horrible man ripping people off and he is the owner not someone who answers emails..a liar and a con artist great way to run a business do not trust

Ordered on 14th December but still yet to hear about my delivery or receive my parcel. Emailed twice and called but no response from their team. This is a Christmas present so I am so disappointed. Tried to use last year also but my order kept being cancelled due to stock levels. Please can someone contact me about my order, I would like to get this resolved.

Ordered a replacement wheel for my Hill Billy trolley in Jun. Still waiting for it. Have sent numerous e mails and left many messages on their ansaphone (they never answer the phone) without any respose whatso ever. Have asked for a refund but nothing has materialised.

The tyres on my 30 year old pull golf trolley had perished. I ordered replacement tyres from CustomPro Golf. They fit perfectly. Very pleased with the result and the service from CustomPro Golf. Mr Harding. B.Sc.

Do not use this site!!! I received the wrong part for my power caddy and after sending numerous emails along with photographs that have been requested by Ed. Ed is now completely ignoring my emails and I asked him to call me and he hasn't. I also tried to ring him and it just rings out. So I am now left with a useless part even asking for me to return it and get a refund this has been ignored.
