AMAZING Customer Service!
I needed to place an order with a Purchase Order, which was done completely through the Customer Service department. I have never received such personal, quick and helpful support from any other company. They were incredibly quick in responding to my questions, helpful with creating the design, and answered my often very specific questions. I knew I was in conversation with a single person over the weeks we were communicating. Seriously, the best Customer Service!

I told Vanessa I needed these socks by Monday (with the specific date) for a special event,( also said cancel if you can not get it done) it is now Thursday my team is leaving tonight for their competition without their custom socks. Very disappointed :(
