We went to Bora Bora on our honeymoon a few years back and now to celebrate an anniversary!

We booked the trip on our own last time, but it was much easier this time working with professionals (we worked mostly with Stewart).

He was especially helpful when the airline changed our flight to Tahiti. We ended up with a 16 hour delay out of LAX. Grrrr .. not a fun way to start a trip! Custom Tahiti took care of everything. They got us a hotel in LA and a hotel room in Tahiti paid for by the airline. They quickly rescheduled everything for our trip so we did not have to do a thing.

We did miss our first night at the St. Regis because of the delay. Stewart had encouraged us to buy travel insurance and we are glad we did! We will be able to get reimbursed for the lost night.

The St. Regis is top notch and we are loving it! Beautiful place for a blissful rest. This is our second time here and it is even better thanks to the great staff and our amazing butler.

This is the second time we have used Custom Tahiti in the last three years. We deal with J. Stewart Stanier and we couldn’t be happier. They are quick to respond and always have time to answer any question’s you have. Once we get to Tahiti everything goes smoothly and as expected.

This was the first time we have gone with a travel company , so I don’t have much comparison . Our experience overall all was good . Good service , good communication. Everything was going as planned . All reservations ( plane , hotel , tour ) was according as talked about . I would recommend their services .

We are so happy that we chose Custom Tahiti Travel for our trip to Bora Bora for our honeymoon. It was the greatest trip of our lives. They helped set up everything that we needed for our trip. They booked our flights and rooms at the resort which ensured no stress on our end. They provided plenty of information to ensure all questions were answered and were always available if we needed them. The process was so easy and I would absolutely recommend them if you are making a trip to Tahiti. I know we will be using them again when we decide to go back for a future anniversary trip.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon through custom Tahiti travel! We went to Bora Bora. Jackie could not have been more helpful! She booked us a great package within our price range. It's always been my dream to go to Bora Bora and stay in an overwater bungalow and she made it happen!

Custom Tahiti Travel was a pleasure to book our last-minute honeymoon through. They were very accommodating with payment scheduled and booking.

We had a couple hiccups, though. We never received the GoPro promotion prior to leaving, but it was quickly rectified after we returned.

Another problem we encountered was a strike in Tahiti with our airline - flight was cancelled (beyond their control), but they did not resolve detour problem for us as other resortee's experienced with their travel agents. We had to get the issue resolved ourselves by visiting the Air France office in Tahiti, something we feel should have been handled by Custom Tahiti. Nonetheless, it was resolved and we got out flight changed and made our connections - just wish they put through more effort like our fellow travelers' agents did.

Fabulous experience. Custom Tahiti took care of everything. Excellent hotels and divine food. People are extremely friendly and helpful.

Just got back from Moorea, Bora Bora, and Tahiti. Had a wonderful time: French Polynesia is a must see. But this review is not about FP, it’s about Custom Tahiti Travel.

Initially, I was hesitant to use a travel agency because of past horrible experience. In this case, after much research, I decided to try Custom Tahiti Travel and crossed my fingers. There are 2 things that stood out 1) customer service, and 2) pricing.

I worked mostly with Jackie S (and Tom F. when Jackie was off). Jackie and Tom were excellent and provided first class customer service. We mainly communicated through email and they were on top of the game.

Let’s talk about what really matters the most, $$$. You cannot beat the price that Custom Tahiti Travel will quote you. I did it and you can do it – I asked them to quote me flights, hotels, excursion, breakfast, internet, transportation, etc. and then I individually priced it myself. Hands down, they saved me a lot of money. If I tell you the priced difference was close to $1,000, well I’m not exaggerating.

To Jackie and Tom, thank you for your patience and exceptional customer service. I plan to go back to FP in a year or two and you’ll be hearing from me again. Mauruuru!!!

Jackie ensured that everything was perfectly coordinated - the entire trip ran smoothly thanks to all of her hard work. She was also able to suggest different excursions/restaurants that she thought we might like as they were new to us. Finally, she was always patient with all of my questions and emails - not once was she ever frustrated- she seemed truly happy every time I contacted her.

Jackie was wonderful through the whole process and was very accommodating with all our questions. Our honeymoon was perfect down to every last detail because of her!! I couldn't imagine how we could have planned this any better ourselves!

Just got back from our trip to Bora Bora and could not rave about the trip and Custom Tahiti Travel any more. They were so easy to deal with and the trip was so amazing. The things Jackie described were exactly as she said (reservations, pick ups, transfers, connections, etc) and when we had issues (Air France went on strike in Tahiti) they went out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend Custom Tahiti Travel to anyone.

In the end, everything turned out great! Was nice to have all of our hotels, breakfasts, transfers and inter-island flights all sorted and organised for us - we had an amazing holiday! We did plan our holiday in advance (as it was for our wedding!) and it would have been nice if the travel agent was more helpful with the others who were in our party. We gave them our agents name, who had said he could help organise their travel as well, and everyone decided to go with someone else/another agency as he was not helpful at all, didn't respond to emails etc. Strange as it would have made them more money... apart from that, dealing with Custom Tahiti Travel was a good experience but nothing outstanding.

Jackie was our agent and she was amazing from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough for putting everything together. We visited Bora Bora, Tahiti and Mo’orea and she was amazing at booking all of the flights/ferries and transfers to and from. Everything was flawless and we will be going back and using Jackie and her team again!

We had the most amazing time in Tahiti! Everything was so organized and we didn’t have to worry about anything! It was truly a 5 star experience! I highly recommend Tahiti and Custom Tahiti Travel!

We just got back from our dream honeymoon in Moorea & Bora Bora! Jackie made our dream come true! Everything about the trip was fantastic! Her suggestion of doing two islands was spot on! And it was so nice not having to worry about how we were getting where. Everything was done for us! And not to mention the extras we received champagne, wine, a excusraikn!
