After leaving a review in trustpilot about my issue of not getting an update from the company, I received a communication from them. Then I was able to track where my order was (in Customs). I received what I ordered but unfortunately it was not on time because I needed to have a tracking number so I can let it pass through customs. But since it took time for them to reply to my email at first then there was a delay. So i wasnt able to use the headband AT ALL until now. Was supposed to use it for my daughter's first birthday. Disappointed but they refunded me and just gave me the item I ordered. They also paid half of the amount I paid the customs. So I am satisfied on how they managed to solve the issue. .

I ordered through their website and it's been 13 days since the day I ordered June 6, 2023 and I haven't received my order yet. Made a follow-up but did not receive any reply. I haven't received any receipt of my payment as well. Do not buy from this scam website!
