No matter how many times I asked for someone to get in touch with me about a problem on our invoice, no one ever did. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will never order from them again.

My order came quickly and I love the cuticle oil. This is my second bottle already.

Delivery took a long time but I ordered enough to last for a while!

I order when the Black Friday Sale which began prior to actual Black Friday. I ordered November 17th. When the shipping window had passed with no notification of shipment, I reached out via email to follow up. When I didn’t receive a response after a few days I reach out via Instagram. Another 3-4 days went by and finally got a response. They said they were behind on orders but were shipping soon. Then it finally did ship. Fast forward to when my order came in, only half my order came. I order 4 oils in total. 2 in one scent and 2 in another. The one scent was missing. When I reached out, again it was a wait to get a response. This was now early December at this point. When they replied, they said they were sold out of that kind and when I asked why basically they said since being a small business they don’t have capacity to make so many as fast. Which I understand however would’ve been super helpful to know ahead of time or to even reach out to see if I wanted all 4 of the same kind. I wasn’t picky at all so could’ve easily gotten 4 of a kind. Then came waiting for the rest of my order to ship which was another ordeal. I was told my order would be shipped within the week. Didn’t happen and when I reached out, they responded the following day and said it was going out shortly. At this point it has now missed Christmas. I fully understand shipping around Christmas time. 100% understand. However I was thinking that based on all their shipping timelines on their website, coupled with they were running a sale, assuming it was for Christmas shopping, it would’ve arrived in time. Christmas time had come and gone and I now I was requesting a refund for what I didn’t simply receive. More going back and forth, saying it was submitted (it wasn’t and they later admitted it wasn’t) I reached out again saying this needed to be cleared from my cc statement to then they finally refunded me. I am not one to post bad reviews, especially Canadian small shops who truly have such an incredible product. Like this product is amazing. However I will never ever purchase from Cutie Oils online. Just the lack of communication, basic customer service doesn’t make me want to purchase from them again but if I was too purchase, I would only purchase at a market where I can actually walk away with the product in hand.

I have an issue with my order and have been trying to get a response for over 2 weeks now.
Customer service is non-existent.
I will not be ordering again.

Cutie oils has zero customer service. I have emailed this company numerous times with no reply. I have had issues with my orders coming 6+ weeks later. Orders come with missing items, and we have not been refunded from them. I love this product, unfortunately I will not purchase from them again due to the lack of care, and service.

I have found this to be the best cuticle conditioner of all the ones I have tried. I love the applicator and the oil just works! Online ordering is easy and the product arrives quickly. I highly recommend this company and their product.

Best oil out there and the best part is how the oil just locks into your skin
And the smell is great

I was sent the wrong order and took awhile for the replacement which was past the time I needed it for a gift.

Packaging is so cute! Sad they’ve gotten rid of a couple scents I love but I’m hoping new ones will come that are just as good!

If I could give a thousand stars I would! This is the best product!! I must use it 20 times a day bec it smells so good ! You need to make Mia into a perfume! I love it! Has helped me so much!

I’ve been using the unscented cuticle oil paired with a good local hand cream and it’s the first winter I haven’t had any cracked knuckles from the dryness. I like the dispenser, I just wish I could refill them instead of buying new.
