I have ordered from here n waiting on it for months

This company is a complete scam. I bought three items from their website totalling $120. I waited four weeks before receiving only two of the items which were such poor quality I have thrown them straight in the bin. The customer service is appalling. I contacted them numerous times for an ETA on my order and only received a response asking me to be patient after I threatened to report them as a fraudulent company. There's no point in asking for a refund because I'll have to pay to return what I have received and can only assume they'll continue to ignore me even once they receive the returned items. Do not buy from this company. I believe they are operating under a few different company names so beware!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM COMPANY. CLOTHES ARE CHEAP AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE. I HAVE SENT 20 emails (not even kidding with how many emails) and they speak broken English and keep giving me the run around. These are cheap clothes from China and Singapore. Order from amazing. This place is a joke.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU'RE TRYING TO RETURN YOUR ORDER. Learn from me!

After ordering $80 worth of merchandise that took over a MONTH (nope, you won’t get a confirmation email on delivery, so don’t bother emailing this fake operation) to get to me, the items weren’t anything of what I ordered, size, color, fabric, etc.

Of course, their is no customer service for returns because they just want your money. I contacted PayPal to report fraud.

PayPal then contacted Cutieppies and said they were going to charge fraud on the company and give me a full refund. Cutieppies then responded asking for the merchandise back and that they would give me PARTIAL refund and the kicker? To ship back to CHINA. YES, CHINA. You have to pay to ship back to CHINA.

Unfortunately, PayPal sided with them and told me I had to ship the items back if I wanted a full refund. PayPal promised me a full refund if I shipped back the items.

I figured this scam of an operation didn’t think I would bother shipping back the items because of the hassle, but I was not going to let them take my money.

I paid USPS $30 to ship the crap back to China. Uploaded my shipping tracking info in PayPal dispute resolution. A MONTH later, the package still says on USPS that it’s sitting at a postal office in Beijing.

What does that mean? I called USPS to see why the crap hasn’t gotten to the location. They told me it’s because the company doesn’t want to pay international fees and therefore, the package will most likely me shipped back to me.

Thankfully, PayPal is favoring me and giving me full refund.

This fiasco has been going on since MAY. It’s not mid July.

Long story short, call your bank to report fraud and if you have to ship back your items, DO IT AND CALL THEIR BLUFF.

Absolutely scam! All you can do is share with your girlfriends NOT to order from this website. I too was excited to find “cute maternity wear” for an upcoming shower. Good luck everyone!

I am so embarrassed to have ordered from this SCAM of a operation.

Horrible/no customer service available. I sent several emails for various reasons, none of which ever got a response. The items I recieved looked like what I ordered but were horribly small for the size I normally wear and the quality of the fabric and sewing was very disappointing. I am trying to return the items for a refund, but so far have had no luck getting them to send me a return address and shipping label (their policy does state that you only pay shipping once and not on returns) we will see if this holds true... I doubt it though based on the lack of communication and the difficulty I have had getting in touch with anyone at all. Think twice before ordering from this company. After reading all the reviews on here I will be very surprised if I hear back from this company about my return. I am angry, but thankfully I only spent $56. I won't make that mistake again and do better research on any future online orders from companies I have never heard of before. Shame on them and Instagram for allowing them to advertise on their social media platform.

I was so excited to find cute and stylish maternity clothes, especially the dress for my baby shower. After placing my order I tried to contact the company to receive an estimated date of delivery and received no response. Two weeks later, I again emailed them three times with the final time requesting to cancel my order for a refund, still no response.

It has almost been a month and no correspondence, and no merchandise received. I have contacted my bank to file a fraud claim.

SO DISAPPOINTING.

DO NOT ORDER! I feel ashamed that I spent $150. The clothes were so small I couldn't fit my arms through them (and I ordered large/xx large). Pictures were completely different than what arrived. Still waiting for a response for the return address.

I should report to the BBB or another regulating authority.

This website is an Asian scam. Pictures are NOT what you’ll receive. I ordered this gorgeous looking dress (obviously a stolen picture) to receive something that looked like my grandmothers night gown she bought at a flea market in china town. Weird company. No return/exchange address was actually given to me even after 2 attempts.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEY SCAM YOU! I only ever received half of my order which I must say was absolutely terrible quality- tried to log a message to say I'd like to return my items. I've emailed endless times and they never answer all of my questions, never answer where my other items are. It took me around 7 complaint emails to even get a return address- i sent them to the post office and had to pay the return fee ( £17.80!!! ) Had multiple emails since to say the tracking number doesn't work and I'm still waiting for a refund. Absolutely gutted, I fear the £100 I spent will be lost!! Still awaiting a response on my previous email. Tempting to take this to trading standards!

First and foremost, this company is a scam. The photos you are viewing have been stolen from social media accounts.
Their quality is poor (knock-offs) and it is impossible to return items.

For the swimsuits, there is no give in the groin area due to poor seam lines and misuse of thread. It honestly looks like it was hand sewn.

The dresses are sheer; you absolutely must wear a slip with them. As with the swimsuits, the seam lines are horrible.

0 stars!!!!!! The dress I ordered was for my babyshower and I was left to find something else the same week of my shower because of this! The one i received was poorly made and definitely NOT the dress pictured on their site! They falsely advertise items and scam people out of their money. I’ve been emailing them trying to return and get a refund but I haven’t heard anything back from them.

I ordered a dress a month ago, and was given a. Fake tracking number . I have emailed several times asking for an update and have not received a response. I posted on their Facebook page and my comments along with other concerned customers were deleted. Do not order from here ! This website is a scam.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible! False advertising. Anything you order will look nothing like the pictures. All cheap and poor quality. Also, they make it impossible to return despite what their policy says. Do not order from them! It’s a scam!

Wished I had come here first, such poor quality. Couldn’t even fit swimsuit on my body. Trying their swimwear on made me feel so bad about my pregnant body. Shop anywhere else for swimwear! It’s also non-returnable here so not even worth the gamble!

I ordered a dress over a month ago and have still yet to receive it. When I tried to contact them I could not even get through to them on the website. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. They are nothing like Shein, Romwe, or cupshe. They are scammers, take your money and will not allow returns. They have no customer service whatsoever. Save your money as you are better off shopping from the above mentioned companies. They truly should be ashamed of themselves for the way they deceive customers.

I ordered four items on May 6th, after emailing with no response I finally got two of the items on June 3rd. I have emailed about the other two items but no response. The quality of the two item I did receive were disgraceful. They use cheap material to make the two dresses and they do not look like the ones on the website. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I plan on trying to get a full refund. 😩😡

I had the same experience as a prior reviewer. I ordered three items over three weeks ago. I never received a shipping confirmation until I emailed them (had to email two different emails). From the time I emailed them to receiving my items it was a full week.

I still haven't received my third item, and had to email them again to find out about when it will ship.

Additionally, I would like to return an item but their site information on returns is lacking.

As someone who works in customer service, my advice to the company would be to focus in on customer communication, even if something is delayed, and add clearer return/exchange verbiage to the site.

i made a purchase two weeks ago and all i got was a confirmation email that i paid but i haven’t heard anything since! i emailed them. i tried contacting through their website but it doesn’t send through. don’t waste your time and money there.
