The Velcro provided was so strong that the acrylic cracked and broke the first time I tried to take it off of my window… because of this it’s not exactly reusable and I’m pretty disappointed

Just what I needed for my portable a/c
Ordered a Perspex panel to stick onto a window to help seal a window for a portable AC unit. Cut My offer one for this exact purpose which allows you to cut a hole in it to put your hose through. You can customize the size of the panel itself and the hole's diameter as well as position. You can even get the velcro strips from them to stick the panel to the window frame. The ordering process was easy, you just need to get your measurements right. Delivery was very quick and there has been no problems. The quality of the panel is excellent and fits my purposes perfectly. Highly recommended.

Like someone else said in the reviews that the window installation kit that comes with the portable AC units was slowly driving me insane, every single day several times a day I was constantly pushing the velcro down, replacing the velcro etc. I came across Cut My and was alarmed at the prices. But when I really thought about it I decided that if it works it will be worth the price because I was already spending wayyyy too much of my time on the window kit per day and also spending a lot of money replacing the velcro constantly. I was worried about getting the measurements wrong so I measured my window several times. I also put the hose diameter a few mms less intentionally because our AC hose is malleable and I figured it will stay on firmer if slightly smaller. I also adjusted the position of the hole based on our specific window and reach of the hose. It came packaged in an excellent box, which I will be able to reuse every autumn when it goes back into the store room for winter. I bought my own extra strong velcro and once attached the kit has worked like a miracle. It has not come off once so far and I have had it up for nearly 2 months now, AC comes on whenever temperatures go up. It is expensive but it is definitely worth it. It's given me peace at last!! I will definitely recommend

This has done exactly what we wanted it too! It seals the window perfectly when using our air conditioner. The sizing was spot on and it was delivered quickly and was well packaged. I will definitely order again.
