The product was completely satisfactory. Unfortunately, the service was not. When Cut My could not provide the product by the expected date, nor by the day after, they suggested that they put the order on hold, as we were going on holiday the following day, for a few days. This is what we wanted, and we told them that we would contact them as soon as we were back to arrange delivery. However, this decision seemed to be overruled by a more senior manager and the boards were delivered when we weren't there. This disadvantaged our elderly neighbours who had to take the boards in. Not the service we feel we were entitled to expect.

I have now ordered from this business several times. The process always seems a bit anonymous. However, I find the service very fast and extremely efficient. Materials are precisely cut and delivered quickly. I will certainly continue to use this business again.
