Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the MFC sheets weren’t as you expected. I’ve checked your order, and the sheets were made without edge banding, as this option wasn’t selected at checkout. The product photos in our gallery include examples both with and without edge banding, and the edge-banded version can be added under “Additional Options” when ordering.
I did email to offer arranging a replacement with free delivery, but I haven’t heard back from you yet — if you’d still like to go ahead with that, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
