I am afraid I can't give any stars for this product or company. We placed an order on 24th May and eventually received the sheet but it was cut to the wrong size. We emailed them informing them of this on 16th June and received an automated response saying they were exceptionally busy but would get back to us in 72 hours. On 21st June I emailed them again and received another automated response saying they were still exceptionally busy but would get back to us in 7 days. We have heard nothing further. There is no published phone number to call, you can only get in touch by filling out an online contact code. So we are extremely dissatisfied having been provided with incorrect goods that they have taken payment for and are still not responding
