I emailed Cuts regarding an item I was returning. It was not a negative email by any means, just a general question. Someone responded to my email the same day with helpful information and unexpectedly offered to expedite my return processing, which I thought was a nice touch. Great customer service from my experience.

I have been wearing CUTS for several years now. The quality is great and the fit is perfect. Also, I can't stress enough how amazing their customer service is.

Really great product. Love the 5 pocket pant. Great slim fit and comes in solid colors. I will be buying more. Had to do some exchanges and support team is dialed in. Ivan was especially helpful, quick to respond and help me figure out a return/exchange quickly.

Cuts is a game changer for my specific situation. My wife ordered me a henley shirt and AO Pants 2 years ago and I haven’t stopped shopping there since. Let me explain. Yes, it’s expensive but it’s also durable, and when I say durable, it’s really second to none in every way. I have tried buying formal clothes and ironing my shirt and pants to wear for work post pandemic and it just feels a lot of unnecessary effort.
The pants and shirts from Cuts are soft, wrinkle free and do not require any maintaining. Out of the dryer and you’re good to go. I am not even kidding, I have washed the shirt/pants about a million times and they are still the same. I keep buying more clothes from other brands but I stick with the few pairs I bought from here. Truly great. Special mention to Alejandro who helped me fix an address mistake I made on my recent order. Wonderful service!

Returned a very expensive jacket, they confirmed the return but never credited my CC back. Of course I disputed it and got my money from the CC company but for a brand that appears to want to grow, to turn away a future customer is just stupid...

i've become a huge CUTS fan over the last few years. clothes are excellent quality, well fitted, affordable, and the customer service is next-level. i'm your typical guy where i find a brand and item i like, order it in various colors, and come back for more. i probably own 10-15 different types of items (and 3-4 colors each), and so more than half of my wardrobe is CUTS. by far my favorite clothing brand.

Great quality clothing and worth the price. You get what you pay for. Customer service is great. I had an issue with the color on one of my shirts and they took great care of me.

Alejandro helped expedite a return process for me and also showed a high level of attentitive service. Well done, Cuts! That's huge for an online brand...

The people at Cuts customer service team are outstanding. I purchased a few items for my son and one item was the incorrect size so I reached out to them to see if I could exchange them. They responded right away and made concessions to make the exchange without a hitch. Very thankful for your kindness and assistance.

I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the products I’ve bought form them. I ordered a few t-shirts that have lasted me over a year, and I recently tried out the AO joggers. I ordered two pairs, but I had a small issue with one of them. I reached out to your customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful. They quickly replaced the pair with the correct size, which was great!
I really liked the material, fit and the simplicity.

I made an error when placing an order. I reached out for help and received a reply right away. My problem was resolved. I appreciated the help,

I placed an order the week of Thanksgiving with an estimated delivery of December 4th. After three or four days of no tracking info, I reached out to the support team. Heidi and her team were fantastic from the very beginning. Ensuring if I hadn’t received my items by a certain date they’d be expressed out to me. Luckily I did receive the items. They promptly followed up to ensure properly delivery had taken place. Why I continue to be a long time supporter of the company.

I recently ordered 2 AO curve hem tees during Cuts' black friday sale. Upon receiving the shirts, one's collar seemed to be already stretched out and looked like a polo collar on the back of my neck. I reached out to see about and exchange and Ivan was incredibly helpful. He has ordered a replacement tee for me and told me to keep the original product I received. I figured a company like this would be incredibly stingy with returns and exchanges, but that is not at all my experience. Shirts are great quality as well

My go-to shirt, sweatshirts, and pants. You seriously can't beat the fit and the price. I will stand by my claim on my grave that the Hyperloop sweatshirt is the best-fitting hoodie on the market. Test me.

Alejandro helped me with resolving an issue on a recent purchase of the Alpha Vest. The product had some fuzz developing on top of the left pocket within a few weeks of receiving the item. Alejandro requested a few pieces of information to enable a replacement piece to be sent to me.
