I ordered a Wednesday dress in March wasn't giving it my daughter until her birthday last week as she's mad on Wednesday, I got a size bigger than her age and it was far too tight and too short! I've emailed twice to ask to return as it's past the 14 days, had no reply, I know there has been personal issues but there still needs to be a customer service ongoing.

The Easter dolls I order is amazing I ordered the pink and white one which took along time as they had to reorder as was popular so when I E- Mailed them they said it would arrive soon but they do have the grey ones available so I said could I have 2 of them instead and was happy to do that and they arrived quick thank you wil definitely order again .

The recent good reviews are after a Facebook post begging people to leave 5 stars based on previous experiences, and they will receive 20% off their next order (which they probably won't receive).

Please avoid, scroll down and look at the true reviews. This one person business does not answer emails or Facebook messages, nor posts items you ordered weeks ago. She also claims a separate person advertises on her page, when she is the only person running the business. She has enough time to post on Facebook to take more money, but not enough time to send orders received weeks ago or reply to emails? 🚩
The excuse is the lady has just had a baby. Why not close the business if this is causing issues?
If you sell things and give a time frame, you have a duty as a seller to provide those goods within the description stated, by law. If you are unable to do so, then the business should not be operating.

Sadly it seems Cutsie Bobbs was good once upon a time, shame the owner has chosen greed to ruin it's reputation.
The items she sells are for children. Children getting their hopes up that they will receive something, when really they won't, is awful.
I personally am still waiting on my refund, I've had to open a dispute with my bank for this. A few of us have now gone to action fraud too.

I ordered this beautiful happy birthday baby for my daughters 2nd birthday and I got her big sister a baby so she doesn't feel left out , when I ordered the doll I ordered was out of stock , like a typical anxious Annie I completely panicked that I wouldn't get a baby in time , the staff were AMAZING, refunded me for the out of stock doll and allowed me to get a new baby and posted them both out together, they liturally arrived with in 3 days !! Honestly beyond happy with them and I will have 2 very happy girlys when they open these , Thankyou for you're amazing customer service I 100% will be ordering from here again ♡

Very poor quality item. Not safe to give to a child. Returned item as it was faulty. Received refund for item but not for the postage to return the unsafe/faulty item. Used to like this company but am very dubious about using now.
