Had a minor issue with the blade which the company were kind enough to take back for inspection. Turned out the issue was purely aesthetic, but they were happy to replace it anyway. The new blade's just arrived and it's perfect, many thanks.

Seen the cut throat club advertised on my Facebook feed. I have been think about buying a straight razor for over a year so after so after seen this company advertised on Facebook i went to there site and found the perfect straight razor i liked which was the dovo pearl handle razor.
After placing the order I got a nice email from Tom Yates founder of the company thanking me for choosing to shop with the cut throat club. The order was shipped on same day and arrived very quickly in perfect condition. They also send emails with very useful info and advice on how to look after your razor which I found very helpful.

Ive always hated shaving but as I get older, wanted to be clean shaven rather than bald with a grey beard (some guys it suits, not me!). I also wanted get away from disposable culture and had a double edged razor for a while, just can't buy blades anywhere.
Quick search on the Web and these guys came up. They do everything to do with shaving and use various brands (Inc. their own) so lots of varying price points to suit beginners and the veterans.
Quick delivery and had some excellent customer service follow up, which has shown these guys are keen to improve and do better for their customers.
Great company doing the right thing, even if buying directly from their suppliers is cheaper, I find it easier to buy everything in one place, as well as only a single delivery cost...if applicable.

The item is ok the material made from at the base seems a little thin and moves with ease when depressed the colour is good he holding area where the finger sits could be improved with the holding point being a little thinner then expected

The website is well set out and straightforward to navigate. The descriptions and photos of the cut throat straight razors are spot on based on the 2 Dovo razors I bought (couldn't help myself). The value for money is there. The proprietors seem to care very much about their customers overall experience. They cater for the beginner and the wizened. All in all a very easy choice to recommend.
