Just an observation

I am quite happy with the service however I have ordered the probiotic and magnesium supplements. These are too similar and so I’m not sure if I’m taking the probiotic or the magnesium tablet, The problem is that the probiotic has to be taken either 30 mins before a meal or 3 hours later. Since they are both the same, I’m not sure I’m taking the probiotic or the magnesium. i think there should be some difference to be able to recognise one from the other.

the only hicup

The concept- test etc is amazing. the buying process easy, cool box - I loved everything to be honest. the only bad review is that we dont understand it is a subscription, I dont have to necessaraly buy the same or any supplements every month. I was just selecting my second order and left the shopping bag with items for 2 days then automatically I was charged. your system works well, the minute ı opposed I received a cancellation order but the customer review person was not friendly to be honest...

Missing items in packet

I ordered 5 items but last two days i got 4 items in my cuure packet. Vitamin c is missing....not sure rest of all packets...... It's disciplinet you should care full when packing......

However, once an order has been dispatched, we no longer have any information on the delivery date, as sometimes delivery partners do not update their tracking information. On the other hand, you may not have received it or missed it, but an automatic email is still sent when a package is not indicated as delivered after two weeks.

Cuure is a subscription service without any commitment, so suspending the subscription as you did, stops the orders for an indefinite period. And if you really want to delete your account, we'll do it as soon as you reply to our email.

I feel I've been scammed

I feel I've been scammed. I've brough a voucher for my friend for his birthday for 50eur this morning, besides I have registered with them myself. The voucher code has never arrived to my email. The support team was not supportive at all. I received only the automatic emails, that they are checking my case, no further details were asked, no actions taken. Roberta was on chat with me, also didn't even bother to take any details from me, which would help their investigation, kept on sending me worthless templates, that your case will be checked asap. We spent one hour on the chat and not even 1 assuring thing happened. I was not transferred to the senior, despite asking for it 3 times, instead she wished me to have a good day and left the chat hanging. It looks that I lost my 50eur, but you as a company lost minimum of 2 clients and the reputation.

Hello dear Cuure team,
Thank you for finally issuing the gift voucher card. However, it was not fixed promptly, it took exactly 6 hours and the overall experience dealing with the customer support until this happened was extremally disappointing. I will not claim the refund, I hope my friend will enjoy your products, however I'm stepping out myself and will certainty not use your services, as I planned. I highly recommend the seniors of the CS team to review the chat conversation with me and to retrain the team. The technical issues happen, I accept the fact, but their job is to at least calm the client down assuring, that all necessary details were taken and issue is being investigated, not to leave client uncertain, worried, feeling scammed and his chat hanging. Good luck team.

Everything is in french on my package…

Everything is in french on my package and paper with explaining everything (and this survey). I thought I selected english somewhere. Because the mails are in English.
Everyhing else: I have good experience and the little box is a bit sturdier than the last box, which is an improvement.
