website is not working. customer service in non existence
This looks like a complete con. The cv templates are good. on the website they are claiming there is 24 hrs customer service and they have testimonials how great service they provide. I paid subscription and started working on my CV. I spent quite a lot of time after which I tried to download PDF. and instead of downloading it is just redirecting to another page saying there is critical error on the website and there are lugs in missing in wordpresss. Customer service is in non existence. The website is only good for taking money this is the only think is working. I sent several emails to ask to fix the error and then asking to refund my money and cancel mu subscription. No reply. I will contact my bank to report fraud and block further payments taken out from my bank account.
