to Photograph TaxisTaxi Number 6461 beware

I had just finished shopping and went out to the taxi I went the back with shopping and then went round to the front and took a photograph of his license plate straight away he flew at me and asked what I was doing we have a right as passengers to do this via Dept of transport because some drivers are overcharging he grabbed a hold of me and started to assault me he open up his drivers door and the door bruised me a little he would not listen to what I tried to explain he was a non white so his English was static I went to the Local Police Station, but because there were no real injuries but bear in mind he was a big guy Early 30s and I am 84 it’s time they learned how to treat passengers

I keep putting the date it was O3/03/23 please get the date right
