I spoke to with the lovely Katie Brock today. She was very prompt with getting me a reasonable quotation for my car insurance and was ever so kind & polite. She understood my situation and explained throughly the policy details that were available. It felt nice to be listened to as I’d been let down by 10+ other brokers who weren’t interested in helping me retrieve a quote. Highly recommended. 5 stars all round for Katie!!

Not a good company to deal with Never in 40+ years of driving have i had such difficulties with a insurance company Decided to cancel policy & because I was over 14 day cooling off period They charged me a further £191 Welcome to Rip of Britain

Churchill van insurance bailed out with short notice and no explanation, you were great, with a far better policy. Really good phone operator to deal with

I contacted CVD for a van insurance quotation and I have to say the professionalism and expertise Mike your colleague showed in guiding me through my insurance quotation and getting the most competitive quote for me was second to none also his patience was exceptional. Thank you, once again 😊

CVD insured my converted motorhome two years ago and I had no problems the first year. The second year I renewed and after two months they cancelled saying that I had not notified them of current milage of van. The first I knew of this cancellation was when the police wrote to me to say I had been driving the van without insurance.
When I contacted CVD they said I would have to take out a new policy with them and charged me £90 on top of my £490 premium that I had paid 6 weeks earlier
Then they said that they could not insure me and said I was only entitled to a refund of £181.
This was at the start of September and despite me phoning them several times I have still not received my refund
I notice that they are no longer taking on any new car of van insurance which leads me to believe they may be in financial difficulty. I have been insuring vehicles for the last 50 years and have never experienced this level of neglect shown to customers from any other company. It is disgraceful .
