I don’t normally give feedback and if I’m honest was quite nervous about the telephone call. I didn’t need to be, Lauren was extremely professional and guided me through the process. My CV is now winging its way to potential new employers.

Very easy procedure, short phone call conversation where they ask questions about you, you then tell them in your own words and they transform what you say into a professional clear and concise CV. Even though the subject of my CV is quite technical they were able to do an amazing job of putting it into good words.
