Spamming me about having to pay
Used the application throughout the free trial period, and have been spammed weekly with a notice still telling me to pay for my subscription I cancelled in may.
To add, they haven't made a single change to their application since i last used it like 5+ years ago. Terrible service, use Overleaf instead. Way better results, and it's free.
