They charged my $2.95 the first time I signed up without mentioning anywhere whatsoever that my card details will be automatically saved and then they deducted $20 from my account next week without giving any notification. There was no mention anywhere that it will be automatically renewed or no permissions were taken to save my card details. I have been de frauded and I feel really horrible

Nuestro servicio funciona sobre la base de una suscripción, se paga por el acceso al uso de nuestro sistema para poder editar o hacer múltiples CV en cualquier momento, usar el motor de búsqueda de trabajo, rastrear sus solicitudes de trabajo, etc. y esto significa que no paga por un solo CV sino por el acceso al servicio que proporcionamos sin importar las veces que se use. El primer pago es por 7 días de acceso y si no cancelan dentro de estos 7 días, la suscripción se renovará mensualmente hasta que se decida darse de baja.
Tenga en cuenta que de hecho usted acepto los términos del servicio antes de hacer el pago y explicamos que, a menos que usted cancele o solicite una cancelación de su suscripción antes de que expire la prueba de 7 días, nos autoriza a cargar su cuenta a la tarifa actual de la suscripción mensual. Toda esta información se muestra claramente en varias áreas, como la página de pago, hasta nuestra página de confirmación de pedido y, por último, en el correo electrónico que recibió junto con sus datos de acceso.
Usted se suscribió a nuestro servicio y no se dio de baja dentro del plazo indicado y por eso se generaron nuevos cargos.
Lamentamos que no haya entendido que nuestro servicio CVmaker implica una afiliación mensual de su parte. El funcionamiento de nuestro servicio se describe claramente en nuestro sitio web.

Como comprenderá como toda empresa tenemos costes operativos que cubrir y hacer pagos a empleados que le mantienen la plataforma para que los usuarios puedan seguir disfrutando de nuestro servicio.

Do not use CV maker !!! I entered my banking details to download my cv and then cancelled my membership, a few days later they charged me 19$ for a membership I never signed up for !
I emailed them and now they are refusing to refund me.

ATTENTION PEOPLE!
If you think you create a CV for 2.95 € it may cost you 17.90 €.
They will charge you 14.95 € without you realizing it. First, after you create your CV they allow you to download it for a fee of 2.95 €, but there is no mention of a monthly payment. They did send me an email informing me that they created an account in my name but AGAIN no mention of a monthly payment. A week or so later, I noticed that they charged me 14.95€ and that was when they gave me the excuse with the information being somewhere on the site, in other words, my fault that I wasn't looking for it.
If someone from the CVmaker is reading it, please notify people that you are going to charge them more than 2.95 € and that that is not a one time deal.
