Everyone was completely down to earth and honestly went above and beyond the call of duty to turn around what could have been a huge headache and weeks of logistics and checks into a really efficient and fast work around.
Can't recommend highly enough. CVP are good peoples.

Good communication is key and they did.
Whilst CVP didn't have all the bits I required, I was constantly kept informed of progress until they were sent out. I liked how they delivered them together rather than bit by bit as besides saving postage it is more environmentally responsible to do so as well.

There were no issues with payment
There were no issues with payment, the tracking number was provided straight away, and the item arrived perfectly on time, looking exactly as described.
Unfortunately, that deadcat completely fails to block out wind noise during recording (which is what it was bought for), making it completely useless to me. :(
So, the seller is nice but this product isn't.

Missing parts on ex demo
1 Star: Missing parts on ex demo, description says all ex demo have no missing parts.
Subsequently refunded by CVP
Amended to 3 Stars as I still lost time overall.

Apologies that the item was supplied with a missing part. While our ex-demo products are inspected before sale, it seems that this item was wrongly advertised to include the adapter plate.
