20 years ago CVS was great run company

20 years ago CVS was great run company. and Todayis the worst. I have to express my dissatisfaction with terrible run by Miss. Mary local store to our small business raqport.com. CVS Falls Church VA I have lost with CVS $1650.00 of my products shipped on dry ice to Lima Peru for chronic kidney problems since they never pass the package to UPS Express International for 6 days. Every time I went they stated we do not have any more and package was stuck in side misplace due to bad managements : cvs.com

CVS pharmacy

Compared to Walgreens across the street, this Pharmacy is spot on. Due to an insurance issue my co pay for insulin was increased without my knowledge. Pharmacy staff worked to get the cold pay down. Thank you.

CVS headquarters complaint

CVS headquarters complaint. Their website quoted a different price for store pickup than what I paid. I filed a complaint; Jeremy, 844-353-5604 x 1780991, called explaining how it's only an estimate and the website says that. We went online together and no such language was there! Jeremy, at CVS corporate I presume, did not offer the $9 price difference but would escalate this to the regional director for investigation. So?--I said "you won't refund the money but use me to figure out what you need to correct and now offer nothing? How about including me in the regional director's emails?" No, was the reply. Can she, the director call me?--no, was the reply. Can I have a copy of our recorded conversation? "I'll give you the address to request a copy."-- now I get to work some more. CVS takes info on how to improve, uses the customer pretending to CARE about, and offers nothing after finding out where their mistakes are. That is CVS, Folks, it lies to you and uses you. Oh, and when I showed my local store a screenshot of the online price, they refused to honor it which is what triggered the complaint. IF CVS calls you, tell them you will talk only if compensated!

Dropped a new prescription on Friday

Dropped a new prescription on Friday. Pharmacit mentioned doc unprofessional because didn't specify .3mg or .5mg. Will contact doc.
On Tuesday followed up. First was told that medicare wouldn't accept because filled at Walgreens (where I was told that out of stock and can't tell me when back in stock). So I called walgreens had them store the prescription so I could get from CVS. Called back CVS to have filled. Was told that cosmetic so not approved by Medicare first, told her I have been getting for over a year without problem. Then put on hold and she went to check, she had on shelf and prescription would be ready in an hour. got a computer message that not ready until Friday. Called back and was told that would have to be ordered. Whatever was on shelf was sold and they couldn't guarantee. They supposedly never got answer from doc and never followed up. Now they also told me issue was to have doc get pre-authorization from insurance. Since doc didn't reply since Friday for the dosage, no guarantee, although I did leave a message personnally on doc's voicemail. Never had to go through that before and so laborious, without mentioning that on all the calls, on hold or not I had to listen to the automatic messages about Covid vaccines, wanted or not.

Do not get the PCR travel test through CVS

Not a great experience with the COVID-19 PCR test for travel. We booked a test for a recent international flight. Firstly, no location was offering the Rapid test, so we had to get a PCR test. Secondly, they advertise a 1-2 day result and that the test is good for travel. With the current travel guidelines, a test cannot be take more than 2 days in advance of the flight. Lastly, we tried to call to inquire about the status of our test (after 1.5 days with no results) and were yelled at by the lady on the other end, from the minute clinic. She told us the results take 3 days!! We ended up missing our flight because they couldn’t get the test result to us in time. Opt for a paid rapid test if you plan to travel, CVS is full of lies and poor service

CVS Covid booster shots

CVS Covid booster shots
On December 30, in the afternoon, my cousin was refused the Covid booster shot at CVS pharmacy in Hobart, Indiana because the application form on their website did not work.
She presented to them the two cards that showed proof that she had received the first two vaccines 6 months ago. “No, they do not take walk-ins” a CVS clerk said.
How does CVS expect her to make an appointment if their website is defective? It takes at least an hour to fill out all the information—and re-do all the computational glitches due to CVS errors. The next day you find out that CVS never received it.
So CVS turned her away without the Booster shot.
It was a struggle for her to get to CVS due to neuropathy which makes walking difficult.

I get OTC perrks with my medicare…

I get OTC perrks with my medicare insurance and ordered a xl heating pad. It worked for a few weeks and then broke. They replaced it and now it has broken within another few weeks. They will not replace or give me a credit! I researched the product and apparently it has a horrible reputation. Obviously a defective product! I am very frustrated and upset. I haven't been feeling well and really needed it.
Thank you

Good News👍🏿 vs

Good News👍🏿 vs. Bad News😖
CVS Pharmacy, Store #6306, 201 Maccorkle Ave, Saint Albans, WV.

The Pharmacist and the Pharmacy Reps at CVS Pharmacy are Superb .... friendly and helpful in resolving any concerns, absolutely wonderful!!!

However ..... the Store Management in caring for what once was a noticeably Beautiful attraction to Saint Albans WV while driving thru on a main street (Maccorkle Ave) stretching from city to city now appears as an "eyesore."

The Trash can is often filled on the outside blowing trash across the one lovely green lawn and sidewalks is disgusting with trash and old leaves. The foyer entrance is scattered with dirt and old leaves that remain there from beginning of Fall.

The once beautiful lot and dirty foyer matters as a *First Look* to valued customers!! A pharmacy should reflect cleanliness, especially in this sad pandemic state of our nation (worldwide) and adds to reassurance for customers entering your store and pharmacy that you care and follow disinfecting procedures.

And, yes, I have already complained as a loyal caring customer, but the store management the 1st 2 times was kind and remedied the problem by my return to the store. But the Newest store management advised it is Not her job and she would Not ask her employees to worry with cleaning stating short staffed!

I advised then I will call corporate to get her some help and explained the affect of a dirty store. My constructive criticism was not well taken. The Manager remained outside with the store clerk smoking, presumably on break for the whole time I called Corporate CVS reps. Mind you they were not far from the dirty stuffed trash can blowing the trash across the lawn and sidewalks??

Before I left the Corporate Rep advised the problem would be resolved, and the Manager I witnessed began cleaning out the overstuffed trash can must have gotten the message, from Corporate that it is Her Job.

Unfortunately, upon my return to the pharmacy the next month..... .... the outdoor trash can was indeed full again, and dirty foyer. (perhaps 2 bigger trash cans *covered style,* with *flip open tops* would be a half resolution)?

Just saddened to see this once beautiful store and once attraction to Saint Albans began to look so slumish.😖😪😪 .... perhaps this will inspire a change *now* for the Better before it hinders customer retention.

Hope this gets more attention to the Mandatory cleaning up on the storefront and entrance and lawns at CVS, 201 Maccorkle Ave, Saint Albans WV. Then it will continue to be great customers Choice!🌟😁

Beware! The "CVS CarePass" is a Shell Game!

They conned me into opening a CVS CarePass Account to receive a $10.00 discount every month.

However, they started charging me a $5.40 monthly fee to my credit card, to give me $10.00 back every month! I do not obviously get $10.00 back... only get $4.60!

That is a blatant LIE and deception!

CVS Employees ALL Refused to Schedule A Covid Booster for me.

I spent my entire morning and now early afternoon trying to schedule the Covid Booster on the CVS Website and calling their 1-800#. What happened to me is WRONG AND I DO NOT DESERVE IT 😪😪😪😪😪
After entering all my private INSURANCE information plus scheduling a time and date-at the very end-- CVS said ERROR-"the information you requested is not available"
I never requested any information.

Then, I called the local CVS Pharmacy just down the street from where I live. Less than 1 mile away- A male robot voice told me to "say why you are calling"-I said-"Speak to a Pharmacist"-that Male Robot voice (who oddly sounded exactly like a former next door neighbor who terrorized and harassed me),--THAT VOICE said-"Can you try saying that in another way?"-I speak Perfect Clear English.
Finally, Erin, the CVS Pharmacist told me she could not:
a. Check her computer to verify if I did get scheduled to get the Covid vaccine.
b. She could not schedule me to get the Covid Booster. She said, "they won't let me do that". A LOT of people tell me "they won't let me do that"--as if I asked for something crazy or inappropriate. This is a necessary vaccine!!!
Erin at CVS, who "isn't allowed" told me I have to call 1800 CVS.
I did call the CVS line. TIA answered and TIA took a bunch of my private information and then TIA made me listen on hold to MARIJUANA AND DRUG SONGS--FOREVER :( I kept asking TIA why can't she schedule the Covid Booster for ME? TIA told me she has to transfer me to an AGENT. I cannot believe CVS Pharmacy plays drug songs on their Hold lines. Terrible! After waiting forever- TIA had transferred me out of the USA to a Deaf incompetent Man/Woman wierdo in the PHILLIPINES :( THAT PERSON WAS HELLBENT ON HARASSING ME 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪. I must have said my DOBat least 5x they still couldn't get it right. That whole phonecall was like a cruel HARASSING PRANK BEING PLAYED ON ME 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪 BECAUSE THAT PERSON HAD NO INTENTION OF SCHEDULING THE COVID VACCINE FOR ME. I DO NOT BELIEVE TIA TRANSFERRED ME TO ANY CVS EMPLOYEE BUT TO A PERSON TO HARASS AND UPSET ME AND TO REFUSE TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT.

SHAME ON YOU CVS. TRULY.
THIS IS SO WRONGTODO TO ME.
I NEED THAT BOOSTER VACCINE.
I AM HAVING MY CALLS SENT TO STRANGE WHAT I BELIEVE ARE PURPOSEFULLY HARASSING PEOPLE.

SO TERRIBLY WRONG TO DO TO ME 😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪😪

Can't get prescription status

I constantly have prescriptions "in progress" for weeks at a time. No one picks up the phone at the pharmacy. The website provides no additional information. Get your act together CVS!

Warning mail order will not loan meds in emergency

I am a member of your Medicare Prescription Plan. I must tell you of a serious policy flaw in your Mail order program.
September 25, 2021 we left home for an overnight trip and took our prescriptions for the next 3 days with us. However, my husband had an emergency which landed us in the Houston Methodist Hospital for a 7 day stay. I called the CVS number on the back of my card to request emergency loan of 5 pills for Simvastatin; metoprolol, and Losartan/HCZ. My request was that they send prescription to CVS on Voss Rd and they would deliver to hospital. The first 2 reps told me “no” because the pills had been recently refilled. After much explanation and the same answer, I asked for a supervisor and finally, a rep understood that I had my pills at home and could not get them because my husband was having brain surgery. He said that they could give me the emergency pills, but they would have to mail them. I explained again that I was at the hospital out of my pills. I asked for supervisor and they hung up on me. I went through the request again and was told that because it was mail order, it could not be done. I was asked to speak to whoever had the authority to make an exception. Finally after 7 hours on the phone with CVS, a representative stayed with me for 2.5 hours while he called the Caremark office and negotiated with them to forward the prescription to CVS on Voss. By then, the CVS pharmacy was closed. I was without my medicine for a day and was able to get my pills the next day. There was much confusion between the CVS Retail store, the CVS on the back of my card and Caremark. CVS retail had to explain the process to the CVS on the back of my card.
Now, I am afraid to enroll in CVS mail order because an emergency could happen anytime I am away from home. I cannot carry 90 days of pills with me everywhere I go, because you have a policy that says we can’t get emergency loan pills if we use mail order. I could have walked into any retail store and had those pills in minutes. Please call me and let me know if this is indeed your policy. It was a nightmare for me. I should not have had to endure this to get emergency medicine that was for blood pressure and cholesterol --- not street drugs.

When I was urgent

When I was urgent, it was so convenient to use CVS. In the CVS, there are all daily necessities I need including medicine. Even if some foods are expensive in the CVS, I like to use CVS.

SHAME ON YOU, CVS!!!!

In recent days CVS has made a corporate policy to not fill a prescription. This prescription was sent in by a dr. the FDA has determined it can't be used for Covid. This med has been around since the early 90's, was used during the SARS outbreak and the Rhino virus and recently for Covid with great results. This put our pharmacist in a position to not do the job he's taken an oath to do - for the good of people. He was very upset.....

CVS was more than willing to administer unapproved covid experimental shots, but all of the sudden a drug that was prescribed by my dr won't be filled. CVS DOES NOT KNOW WHY I NEED THAT PRESCRIPTION!!! CVS has now become my medical dr making choices for my health??????????? It was a legal prescription - SHAME ON YOU!!! Families are getting court orders to have this administered to their loved ones in hospitals and it works!!!! Why would a pharmacy not fill my dr's prescription.

OH - wait!! this is a very inexpensive drug. Don't allow access and maybe people will have to get something more expensive or better yet - get 'the shot'? Do the American people know what pharm companies are making on those $$? I there are underlying connections, policital agendas, and financial motives pLaying out here... hmmmm- who is really connected to who?

I can tell you this - the government, large corporations, the FDA, the CDC, DO NOT have American's best interest at heart - if they did, they'd be trying to help people, not hinder them. (there are amazing things you can do to keep your immune system supported, but you won't hear about that from these entities- they don't make money on it or can't control you if you take care of yourself.....something to ponder....)

I called to get to the executive offices, but that was a bomb- 2 different transfers and the final lady came back to me a few times then left me on hold until I cycled back to the original recording... and she had my phone number and I had verified that if the call dropped she would call me back... i'm still waiting....

oh - btw, a wonderful mom and pop pharmacy filled it - they will be my pharmacy of choice going forward - see it wasn't illegal to fill that prescription..... CVS corporate office should be ashamed, and really ashamed for the position they put their pharmacists in....

I'm totally disgusted with CVS and will not shop there...

My local CVS is poorly stocked

My local CVS is poorly stocked and locks many items behind plastic barriers so you always have to call a salesperson to help you. They are under-staffed in the pharmacy area and there is always a long line of people waiting for prescriptions. Some salespeople are helpful but others are nasty.
