Great website but having trouble cancelling
Hi, please could someone get back to me regarding cancellation of the membership/free trial, which is due to expire this Thursday.
I’m also having trouble editing the CV so would appreciate if someone could get in touch, as I also emailed support address on Sat but am yet to hear back.

Hi there,
My friend created her CV your services last week, and was so happy with the results! Brilliant site!
However, she put her bank card details in to get the download and has emailed you as she hasn't had anything come out or any conformation, can you confirm, was this a free one off down load or will she be charged?
