The worst security system provider ever

The security alarm system in my home has been serviced and maintained by Countrywide Security Systems for more than a year. The alarms never work well with different sorts of faulty messages from various newly installed motion sensors in my home. It is ridiculous that the system was installed just less than a year and the batteries of the sensors ran out one after each other. While I bought and supposedly covered by a full service plan, they surprisingly asked for a call out charge of more than £50 for batteries replacement. The engineers of the company were bad and did not do their job when they serviced my system as my system got an issue just 2 weeks after their visit and they had no clue that something went wrong.
