Once I was approved everything was easy. CWB was in contact with the seller, the payment was straight forward. Everything was over the phone and relatively fast. All I had to do was sign, no complications. Awesome Company

We are near the end of our Lease with a chance to do an early buy out. The deadline date for this got shifted due to CWB National Leasing helping us in the first year of the pandemic by suspending payments for 4 months. I was not sure of the new date and called them, to find out that it had just passed. They very kindly allowed us to still do the early buyout, crediting the payment we made for January (and February as it was too late to cancel this) towards the early buy out price. So between this and their help during the pandemic I have been very happy with their customer service.

I asked for a lease buyout price and I received a response right away with the information I requested.

CWB National Leasing finances 90% or more of our equipment and heavy trucks. Their agents are easy to work with and always give us a great deal and speedy solutions. I couldn't ask for a better experience. If only other financial institutions I deal with worked as well as CWB National Leasing.

Happy with the service they provided. I did not fully realize how a lease works so I would say buyout seems too high but overall it allowed me to get going. I used the 3-month payment hold upfront which allowed my equipment to get here and set up before I had to pay.
