Purchased a trailer for my business and the process was very simple, straight forward with no hidden costs. I was very happy with my entire experience with CWB National Leasing!

My request for year end documents for several leases was handled very quickly (same day) which is what I needed.

I have dealt with CWB National Leasing as corporate client for many years and the service has always been excellent. This was the first personal lease with them and the customer service was also excellent.

Service with rep's were fantastic, quick response and closed on issues.

Excellent service from the first day. The representative made is easy and comfortable during our application. Had full knowledge and worked with us. And lastly at the end of our lease the representative was very knowledgeable and assisted and explained the buyout.

I dealt with a man named Alex....I farm and have had many experiences in my farming career with lenders he by far was the best I have ever dealt with....down to earth very friendly could talk finances with him or could see yourself sitting down and have a beer with him and chat ... no pressure was like talking to a friend always got back to me immediately regarding my request and progress of application....true class act I would say promote him but then might not be able to deal with him on future deals lol

Did not tell us the full cost. Once payments started to come out was when we found out that GST was not included in the monthly amount they quoted us

I appreciate the flexibility to miss a payment and catch up as others I have use said sorry, If you miss a payment it will reflect on your credit score. I appreciate a company that works along side with their clients, and I will never make the mistake again going with another. Thank you for the 10 years you have helped me.

I have dealt with several leasing companies in my 30 years in the print industry. I have found National Leasing to be my preferred supplier because all transactions were completed as expected.. no surprises, and for the rare times I ever needed to contact them I was completely satisfied with their response.

Little knowledge of woodlot operations and confusing application process, multiple phone calls and emails. All other lenders approved same day, CWB felt it was important to mansplain how interest works and question our ability to replay. They could care less about small businesses and are a predatory lender. Their rates were also significantly higher than other funders.

I had a question regarding our Leased equipment with CWB National Leasing as it relates to Invoicing and received an automated email that my email had been received. Shortly after that I received a response to my question. Everything flowed very easily and it make our leasing of equipment from them that much easier. Excellent Customer Service and Supplier.
