This company is a joke..
This company is a joke... we are leasing a grain bin through them. They did not tell us when the lease payment would be taken out of the accounts. So they took the first payment out, we got charged overdraft.
Then, the very next month they took a payment out again, so when we called they said sorry it will be refunded plus overdraft charges.
That was 17 days ago and still no refund after numerous emails.
Why is it that they can take our money, their mistake and then do not promptly give it back?
Never again will we deal with this company
The only reason I’m giving it 1 star is because I can’t give it zero stars

CWB provided information that helped us make a decision about the transaction. They were very flexible regarding the terms of the lease and accommodated our requests. The agent was extremely professional and made certain that CWB provided the answers we were looking for. This was a great experience with this leasing company. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

With motivation National Leasing answered all my concerns. Previous comment I have attempted to call National Leasing with questions concerning my lease via e mail and telephone no replies. I even called at 8;30 AM CDT all representative busy. I hope you will contact me.

I have been trying to contact someone…
I have been trying to contact someone from CWB Leasing that can help me with a discrepancy with my lease. They simply stop replying to emails and will not provide you with details regarding your lease. They withhold information and refuse to get back to you even after I had to resort to bringing a lawyer into the situation. I will NEVER have another lease through them. Ever.

Been recently hit by the side effects of Covid 19, to the tune of a 50% reduction in earnings. At this time there's still no recovery in sight,unless there is a quick turnaround.
