Reliable, delivered before scheduled and always fits as expected. Charles Wilson is slowly filling my wardrobe.

I was looking for quality t-shirts that my boyfriend can wear for work. He works on a building site, so gets through many tees in a month. These Charles Wilson t-shirts chosen were comfortable to wear, neatly made and did not smell of chemicals like bargain basement ones.

He put them on without washing them beforehand. I got him size Large, which wasn't too tight, just like he likes it. After such a short time, I can't report anything about the longer-term experience, but I will buy this brand again if it is still okay after a washing.

I bought a multi pack of basic t shirts and the quality is appalling. Nice for first wear but they have all shrunk massively after first wash at 40deg.

I complained to customer services including photos but was ignored. I wouldn’t buy anything from them again unless you only want to wear it once.

Easy to order, all good quality and 'Zed@ in customer services uber helpful and friendly.
Will def use again.

I used to always order my clothes from Charles Wilson through Amazon, Ebay or directly through their site. I really like their t shirts and their jeans are pretty good too. I have never had any issues and I have purchased over 50 products over the years,

I've placed two orders, 7 to 8 months apart. Using free delivery the parcels arrived at least a day earlier than expected which was great. The clothing itself is high quality and does not come apart after a couple of washes. All in all very satisfied with the quality, fit of the products and the service, I will definitely use them again.

Have been purchasing items from Charles Wilson for a number of years, for myself, family etc. I can say with out doubt the best quality clothes i have ever bought from any internet site. Prices are more than reasonable and service top draw. Hard to find that today :)

Initially, was worried about choosing the correct size but there was no need, it fit tight like a glove. The "cut" and feel is first class.

Love the tee shirt, I might get the next size up though next time, for a generous fit as I like to have a bit of room when I buy things.

Great product, prompt delivery, washes well, will buy again!

Good clothes at good prices have bought polo shirts hoodies and various other clothes have always found the quality is very high standard and a lot cheaper than the big high street shops.exellent service and great delivery times

I'm a strong believer in the way a company deals with problems reflects its business model.

I had an issue with an item that was delivered. Contacted customer service. received a reply within the time frame I expected apologising.
A solution was presented in rectifying the problem and an agreement was reached.

Ordered 3 items based on the sizing charts on the site and they came up small. Not a major issue so I sent them back for the next size up. Never received the replacements even though they told me they had been sent. Called Charles Wilson and they said they could send more which I agreed to. Got an email later to say they were out of stock so a refund was issued.
This leaves me out of pocket on the return postage and nothing to show for it. I think I will give them a miss in the future.

I placed an order as a first-time customer and paid for next day delivery... conveniently, after the cut off for next day delivery, I receive an email saying my order was cancelled as my address was "unconfirmed".

I called and spoke with a gentleman who was all very "oh yeah yeah dats bcoz paypal said it Woz unconfirmed", which is not the case. This is my primary shipping address and the billing address is confirmed (I verified this with paypal by calling them).

It seems more likely that they couldn't fulfil the order for next day delivery and are making excuses. Very shady business practices, I wouldn't recommend nor would I recommend this company.

I have bought shirts and jeans from Charles Wilson over the last few years and have not had any major quality issues. The shirt material was a bit thin and stretchy but the jeans were great. The real issue for me is a lack of stock. I have been wanting to purchase more Straight dark wash jeans but for the last 18 months + they have only had two XXL sizes left and have not renewed their stock. In the end I purchased elsewhere.
