We recently purchased an office multi function printer to replaced our old one.
After calling Cartridge World and seeking the advise of Andri Theodorou (who has been our account representative for over 10 years!) we were immediately sent some model suggestions to fit our workload and after choosing one, the order was made and delivered by the reliable Gavin who is always helpful and does the extra service to make sure that everything is satisfactory with our orders.

Been using them for years
Been using them for years. Went back based on previous good experience. Did two jobs.
Fixed a printer. Used spares from old machine . No problem with that. Mine is old and new parts are hard to obtain. It stopped my machine going on the scrap heap saving me several hundred Euro.
Fixed a laptop. Done as fast as it took to get the parts.
Prices very reasonable. Service as usual very good. Friendly and professional staff.

Reparation bad experience
We have been long-time customers of the Limassol shop and over the years have purchased several products, including refurbished PCs, with overall satisfaction. Unfortunately, our recent experience was disappointing. We sent a laptop in for repair, and it was returned in a non-functional state. After a second repair attempt, the device shut down completely within five days. We were ultimately forced to seek assistance from another technician to resolve the issue.

We’re truly sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with our technical service.
Just to clarify the steps we took: you initially brought your machine in because it was overheating. Upon inspection, we found a significant amount of cat hair blocking the fan, which we cleaned out. We also replaced the thermal paste on your CPU and conducted a stress test to ensure everything was functioning properly before returning the laptop to you the next day.
You then returned the laptop, reporting it wouldn’t power on at all. At that point, we diagnosed a motherboard issue. We made every effort to repair it, including outsourcing the job to a specialized motherboard/electronics repair shop. They were able to restore functionality, but unfortunately, the battery still wouldn’t hold a charge due to a faulty power management chip.
We offered several solutions, including a replacement laptop, and made attempts to contact you regarding a refund, as we stand behind all our repairs and products with a full warranty at Cartridge World. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response and were disappointed to see a 1-star review instead.
We always strive to help our customers and make things right when problems arise. If you’re open to it, we’d still be happy to work with you on a fair resolution.
