Two of us went to look at a Central London retail property listed with CWM. Very unprofessional agency. Natalie Halfon behaved like the Estate Agent version of Vicky Pollard from the moment she arrived. She's got zero manners. She arrived with little information or details about the property and when you would ask questions, she couldn't answer a single question like a professional but rolled her eyes, had a negative attitude and made faces when we asked for basic details. How can someone like this work in an industry that requires professionalism? It was a plain embarrassment of a representation of the company. I've dealt with many Estate agents over the years but they have always been nice and responsive. I've NEVER even once come across one that was this unprofessional.
