I bought a jacket , The jacket color looked  different from the website photos. I returned it because of their mistake, but I still had to pay return postage and they also deducted the original shipping cost from my refund. Very disappointing customer service.

i like the dg shirts,ordered 2 ,rose phoned back imediatly and said one out of stock in my size,i said rose choose another for me ,which she did ,both came in 3 days ,quality superb,AND ROSE IS A JOY TO SPEAK TO.

We are regular customers now, in the past I got my clothes from the usual big high street outlets, then on a fun visit to Falkirk we stumbled on this store, and were immediately struck by the range and quality of the garments, we were allowed to have a tour of the shop, with no hassle, the lady (her name is Rose) was so friendly and helpful, I do not enjoy shopping as a rule, but Rose with my wife's help fixed me up with, a suit quality trousers and jumpers. I have recommend this store to a number of my friends. We were back yesterday and bought a beautiful wool Jacket.Ps we had a lovely lunch in the Howgate ( The Alotment cafe.)

I purchased a coat from this independent shop for my son and nothing was too much trouble . I paid for it over the phone and they delivered it to my son in Reading.
I can honestly say that the service and communication was exceptional over and above to be honest . I spoke to Isabelle and Rose on seperate occasions and they were really helpful with posting and ringing me back with tracking numbers and checking the tracking when the Royal Mail app wasn’t working .
I can’t endorse this business enough, if I could give it 10 stars I would .
I highly recommend .

Shame I live so far from Falkirk as I would love to pop in ! Maybe one day !

Colleagues shouldn't. Rose&Keith made all the difference,took me 5 hour round trip ..I could have went to loakes in st Vincent st save myself 4 hours....you can get what they have most places .what makes the difference is they actually CARE..what a credit they are to the company..

I've had many purchases from this tailor over the years and never disappointed. Rose, who has mostly dealt with me, virtually feels like a personal friend, such is her sincere customer management. CW Menswear is my first port of call when looking for good quality, reasonably priced and long-lasting traditional menswear.

I ordered a pair of Loake shoes from CW Menswear and couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and the service received.

A great independent business! There prices are more than fair with plenty of great deals on popular items such as loake shoes, which I purchased from them. My parcel arrived in great condition and was as expected. The customer service at CW is amazing as I had emailed them regarding my order and then received a friendly voicemail from Rose the same day, which informed me off them upgrading my shipping to first class so I could receive my package earlier than expected. A wonderful gesture that they didn’t have to do and one I wouldn’t receive from a larger more corporate company! I would definitely shop here again.

Went in with my husband to buy trousers and shirts. The sales assistant could not have been more helpful.
My husband hates shopping but the sales assistant made it a very enjoyable experience. The trousers were excellent quality and fit, I really liked the checked cotton shirts.

SCAM COMPANY. Ordered two jackets on alleged two day delivery with royal mail one week later money taken good not delivered not even an email confirming my order. Looks like I will need to get in touch with my bank and report a scam.

Order was randomly cancelled by seller. refund landed in my bank without even knowing the order was cancelled. No communication from the seller at all. No explanation given. No response to phone calls.

Emailed on a Sunday and got a reply from Colin, rang Rose Monday and she sorted me out ,excellent service and would buy from cw again, even though I'm in the of East England ,thanks again

Reasonably priced items and of good quality.

What a pleasure to deal with a small privately owned company. I ordered 2 loake shoes for my husband's birthday a few days later than I should have. Rose went out of her way to make sure both pairs arrived on time. Excellent service and good value. I will definitely be back. Thanks Rose.
