I had a very bad experience with CXM…
I had a very bad experience with CXM Broker. They deducted my profit saying it was “latency arbitrage,” but I only placed 2 manual scalp trades from my mobile. I traded normally, made some profit, and they took it away.
CXM does not allow smooth withdrawals – even small withdrawal amounts are cut or delayed. They only keep clients’ money unfairly. If you lose, they don’t care, but if you make profit, they find excuses to deduct it.
This is not honest behavior with clients. My MT5 account number is 582079.
Be careful, friends – CXM is not a trustworthy broker.

Regarding your case, the trades were carefully reviewed under our execution policy. Practices such as latency arbitrage are not permitted by all the brokers worldwide, as they exploit system delays rather than market activity.
As for withdrawals, all the withdrawals are processed through our trusted payment providers, and CXM does not charge any withdrawal fees. Our priority is to provide every client with fair, transparent, and reliable trading environment.

So I have came to a conclusion that all this good review on this platform are fake and probably written by the people scamming people on this platform stay away from them
I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within 48h……………Don’t be afraid to seek help
