I have used CXWebExperts for over three years and if I could give them 500 stars I would. They initially saved me from an horrendous web hosting issue with another platform going above and beyond to transfer the site and get it fixed and optimized to work correctly.

Their custom service is among the best of any type of company I have ever used. The are quick to respond and address any issue I may have, which is comforting because sometimes we all have a crisis situation and I know they will come through.

Not being totally tech savvy they are very patient explaining things. They are honest and don't oversell.

Highly highly recommend them no matter where you are in the world.

December 2018 we had to re-build or website an we decided to go with CXWebExperts who did en excellent Job starting with a careful evaluation of the appropriate theme ending up in a exciting new website.
We experienced - and still do so - a very meaningful and reliable customer support with full commitment of the responsible service engineer. He did a great job despite of limited knowledge of English language on our side.
The website works extremely well and is easy to be maintained by ourself.

I've started my project a few years back. Trying to work with a bunch of overseas web development companies which each time has screwed me over costing me huge sums of money. Other Developers would either ask for a weekly payment as the project was getting worked on or they would request half upfront to start the project. With the typical back and forth details explained in documentations & in emails, Details would either get left out or intentionally added. I'm overly meticulous about website details so if someone misses a step or detail it would cause back and forth until that detail is correct. eventually

These are both quotes from companies I've hired. 3 projects with a significant amount of money sunk into them with 1/2 completed websites that I can't use deplete my savings and I had to start over 3 times is usually a breaking point

A few years later (this year ) I decided to try again I was overly skeptical about working with someone overseas again. After a few weeks of research, I landed on CXWEBEXPERTS website

Our initial conversation was good but I was still skeptical and worried about getting ripped off again. They assured me I had nothing to worry about. This I have heard before. I even explained that I can get not picky about things not being as I requested them to be and all the other things that cause 3 different projects to go so bad.

They assured me and gave me their word. So I took a leap of faith and hired CXWEBEXPERTS. In a matter of a few short days, I started to see the progress of the site being built and I was even updated and things progressed.

A few times we had to get on a conference call to talk about a few things which I always found helpful as sometimes email is not always the best way to communicate when the person on the receiving end is not as savvy as the builder. Back and forth and the constant updates I was more than glad I decided to work with CXWEBEXPERTS.

A few weeks later the project was completed exactly as I wanted it with all the nitpicking and detailing !!!! I couldn't believe it!!!! The site was all completed and never did I ever get a hit of frustration when I needed things adjusted.

I have multiple phases of my project and each phase has gone off without a hitch. Great communication throughout the whole project. Excellent support and willingness to provide options and support on different plugins.
