Cyber computers built my son a custom built pc. My son has Autism so he knew what he wanted and they dealt with him brilliantly. They kept us informed all the way through and when we went in to pick it up they showed us how it all worked, gave us all the things we needed to set it up, I cannot fault them at all and will definitely recommend them to family and friends. we won't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic service and excellent value for money. Our pc hard drive died, took into cyber , they repaired same day ,windows installation, clean out etc. All done same day and they even delivered it back to our house at no extra charge. We can honestly say the owners are amazing genuinely nice guys , who are honest and most definately wont rip you off. I would recommend them to anyone, being pensioners who enjoy MMO gaming on line we need reliable pcs and trust these guys implicitly. So next time you need a pc or any advice check them out.

I contacted this company last week as I had a problem with my CPU. Initially I telephoned them and was asked to take my CPU to them which I did on Friday 11 December 2020. I was attended to immediately by Daniel. He explained they would check this out and contact me by telephone which they did on Tuesday 15 December 2020. Mohammed explained that the CPU was past it's sell by date, almost 11 years old. Mohammed then explained in simple terms what he would do with the CPU as required by Law. I then asked about a replacement and was invited to look at the various options open to me. There was no hard sell I was asked basically what I used the computer for then Mohammed could assess exactly what I needed. I selected a reconditioned CPU at a very competitive price together with lead, mouse, keyboard and 12 months guarantee. I then went to do some shopping and went back 45 minutes later to find everything ready for me to collect. Mohammed asked me if I was happy to install the CPU etc myself as both my husband and I are in our late seventies. We arranged for Mohammed to visit us at home that afternoon to install the CPU and check everything was satisfactory.
This he did wearing all the necessary PPE protection.
I can honestly say we were very very impressed.
Mohammed stayed at our house for 40 minutes explaining everything we needed to know, doing test runs ensuring all was well.
We highly recommend this company we certainly will not go anywhere else if we have a computer problem.
We wish you every success in your business you deserve it. Your customer service is excellent, the larger companies could learn a lot from you.
Hopefully 2021 will bring you all you wish for as regards your family as well.
