DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. NO SAV. CRAP SUPPORT.
I ordered a €3500 piece of machinerie and i have received a freezed computer. 3 weeks to get the SAV when they "nicely" disregarded my demand. So i was left with a computer that runs like a €300 piece of crap.
J'ai reouvert un ticket et vous semblez avoir plus de temps a repondre sur trust pilot que sur mon ticket.

you'd think that even with buying a trash tier gpu, you get confirmation emails but no with cybertek apparently
because all i wanna know is that my money hasnt been sent for no reason but no response or anything.
i'll not order there again cause i dont wanna spend 1k and no confirmation emails, not tracking, when i connect to my google acc again everything is reset on the site, my name, addr, etc.

1st time i order but not the last
This was the 1st time i order something on this website and i can say that the shipping is really fast. Ordered the 12th october (picked up by transporter +/- 1 hour after my order) and received the 14th october.
Stuff is well packaged. I am really happy and i will buy stuff again cause prizes are good too ! I recommend.

Will not refund, computer still malfunctioning
UPDATE:
The response from Cybertek is WHOLLY UNSATISFACTORY. Over the phone, Alexandre did not say that the issue was merely a software issue. He said that we will set up a technical call to confirm that Bluetooth issues still remain in order to proceed with another return for repairs or a refund.
ENGLISH:
I have had an issue with bluetooth with my computer since I received it over 6 months ago.
Since then, I've opened numerous tickets and sent it in for repairs 3 times. Each time it comes back, I connect one of my bluetooth devices, and each time, after a few minutes or hours, bluetooth stops working.
I've repeatedly asked for a refund, given then fact that THEY ARE UNABLE TO REPAIR THEIR PRODUCT, and now THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND.
I've even learned that after sending in the computer, they didn't even make any part replacements or repairs, and they DARE mark the issue as "resolved" or the computer as "repaired". It's insulting and degrading.
I feel duped, cheated, and stolen from. I do not trust this company, and I would NOT recommend buying anything from them.

La réponse de Cybertek est TOTALEMENT INSATISFAISANTE. Au téléphone, Alexandre n'a pas dit que le problème était simplement un problème de driver our logiciel. Il a dit que nous allons mettre en place un appel technique pour confirmer que des problèmes Bluetooth subsistent afin de procéder à un autre retour au SAV ou un remboursement.
FRANCAIS:
J'ai eu un problème avec bluetooth avec mon ordinateur depuis que je l'ai reçu il y a plus de 6 mois.
J'ai ouvert de nombreux tickets et j'ai envoyé l'ordinateur pour réparation 3 fois. Chaque fois qu'il revient, je connecte un de mes appareils bluetooth, et chaque fois, après quelques minutes ou heures, le bluetooth cesse de fonctionner. J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises un remboursement, étant donné le fait qu'ILS NE PEUVENT PAS RÉPARER LEUR PRODUIT, et maintenant ILS REFUSENT DE ME DONNER UN REMBOURSEMENT.
J'ai même appris qu'après avoir envoyé l'ordinateur, ils n'ont même pas effectué de remplacement ou de réparation de pièces, et ils OSENT marquer le problème comme « résolu » ou l'ordinateur comme « réparé ». C'est insultant et dégradant.
Je me sens dupé, trompé, et volé. Je ne fais pas confiance à cette entreprise et je ne recommanderais PAS d'acheter quoi que ce soit chez eux.

Je tiens tout d'abord à vous présenter toutes nos excuses concernant votre prise en charge SAV.
Suite aux retours que j'ai pu obtenir concernant celle-ci, il s'avère que votre machine a été testée avec plusieurs appareils Bluetooth sans rencontrer le moindre problème dans nos locaux c'est pourquoi elle vous a été renvoyé.
Il doit donc s'agir d'un problème de software et non matériel, je vous invite donc à réinstaller le plupart de vos drivers, n'hésitez pas à prendre contact avec vous si vous avez besoin d'aide, nous restons à votre disposition.
